The gentalman here were so helpful and kind. I find sometimes as a female auto parts stores they talk down to you. NOT a problem here these guys are outstanding and so helpful. I would give more stars if I could.

Apparently Napa is cold calling local businesses now for parts accounts and the woman didn't take it well when she was politely declined. She was very rude"It just takes five minutes." Lady, we get 30+ phone calls from people just like you every day. Stop cold calling! We intentionally avoid vendors that run business this way.

I have been in their store several times most of the time I'm after some off-the-wall part they been very helpful. Just about every time we ordered something it was right the first time I can't say that for some of their competition. They do a lot of commercial accounts so sometimes when you're at the counter will be a minute before they can take care of you but once they do you will get what you need. I have also found the staff to be friendly and some of the specials that NAPA offers are quite good.
