I went here in October 2021 for a shampoo and cut. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted she confirmed she could do my hair like the picture. Keep in mind I had long hair, more than enough to cut to a shoulder length style with only two layers. #1- didn’t shampoo my hair. #2- 3 months later and my hair is still not to my shoulders. She cut 4-5 different lengths in my hair. 3 months later it is still a boxed uneven hair cut with NO STYLE AT ALL! I have used this place for years, always with good results. Never again!! The absolute worst hair cut in my life. When family and friends look at your hair and say “ what happened to your hair. Did you cut it yourself?” You know it’s a terrible cut. Don’t waste your time or money here. So sad, used to be a really good place. Service: Haircut ~C

I need to get better at making lists and sticking to them, because I end up at this place WAY too many times during the week! The store is clean, the employees are polite and helpful, the prices are competitive (and actually really good when you shop the sales and coupons), and I almost always find what I'm looking for. The service manager lied to me and told me my headlights weren’t burnt out and it was an electrical issue. My headlights were very clearly burnt out as soon as you got to the bulb, which they DID NOT ACCESS. It’s obvious they didn’t do the service because it was more effort as my headlights require bumper removal or access from the wheel well underneath. No attempt at either of those was made and that was visibly obvious as well. My mother and I changed the lights in an hour. If you can’t access a vehicle’s lights or don’t want to for the low price you charge don’t lie about it and just admit the truth. I had to swap my work schedule for the three days I was without headlights and was majorly inconvenienced due to employees simply being lazy. Service: General repairs & maintenance ~Loraine

The pharmacy staff are always incredible. They make sure you are able to ask questions and get the correct answers. They are kind, friendly, fast, and professional. Our other family and friends have switched from other pharmacies and are all beyond pleased wiwith the switch. ~Jami

Delicious. The Oreo milkshake with salted caramel is probably the best milkshake I’ve had in years. I’ve never eaten at sheets before, the consistency and taste was impeccable. Staff was very fast and clean with their hibachi fast food. Wasn’t greasy. I didn’t even get indigestion after eating! Sheetz food and service probably cured my arthritis. The picture says it all. Fish wasblike eating cardboard as well as being borderline cold. This is my last time eating at this location such terrible food everytime. ~david
