It was a good friendly clean place I felt welcomed just they didn't cut my hair like I wanted it or my mother's either so little disappointed about that

I went here in October 2021 for a shampoo and cut. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted she confirmed she could do my hair like the picture. Keep in mind I had long hair, more than enough to cut to a shoulder length style with only two layers. #1- didn’t shampoo my hair. #2- 3 months later and my hair is still not to my shoulders. She cut 4-5 different lengths in my hair. 3 months later it is still a boxed uneven hair cut with NO STYLE AT ALL! I have used this place for years, always with good results. Never again!! The absolute worst hair cut in my life. When family and friends look at your hair and say “ what happened to your hair. Did you cut it yourself?” You know it’s a terrible cut. Don’t waste your time or money here. So sad, used to be a really good place. Service: Haircut

Hair Stylist was highly rude. Cut my hair uneven and didn’t even check. Rushed me out and suggested I buy a measuring tape for the future but does not know what 2 inches is to cut off. Did not get a name but will never go back. The other lady in the shop at the time seemed very nice but not my stylist. Service: Hairstyling

Artist would not listen to my fiancé. Shut down every suggestion she had and made her feel extremely uncomfortable. Asked for shoulder length hair with layers and provided a picture of what she wanted, was told it couldn’t be done. Artist proceeded to mess up one side of her hair and then had to take off another 2 inches Off of both sides to “fix it”.

My daughter had a 1:15 appointment today to get her hair styled for prom. She scheduled the appointment three and a half weeks ago. When she arrived, the door was locked and no one answered when she tried to call. Their site says they are open but no one will answer. If something happened, they should have had someone call so she could have tried to find another place. Very bad service. They disappointed my daughter on what should be a special day for her. The lady was sitting in the back when I went in to just get my daughters dead ends cut off which would take literally 10 minutes or less. The lady said she couldn't because she had a lady with color on her hair she was super busy. This place is a joke and the lady was just too lazy to do her job.

I called and made an appointment to have highlights and cut. I got there and was told that they had put me on the schedule wrong and they would not be able to do it so I would need to reschedule. She said that whoever scheduled it didn’t factor in time to do it and it would take to long before they closed. I advised her I was going out of town and could not reschedule. She said, “ sorry there is nothing we can do for you.” Worst place ever!

This is by far my most favorite place I have EVER gotten a hair cut! Everyone there is so sweet. Service is fantastic and my hair always looks great..and grows out nicely. I always see Hope and she does a fabulous job! Just go! You won’t regret it ✌🏻💕

I was a bit nervous to take my son to this salon due to the negative reviews. Although they take walk-ins and weren't too busy on Saturday afternoon--I still wanted to be sure we got in. So, I called at 3:15pm to make a 4pm appt. The female stylist was helpful and honest. Sure wasn't overly social but was very kind with my son, who is on the spectrum and who has ADHD. She was quick and did a wonderful job. She cut his hair just as I requested (and my son). Hair cut cost $15.95 plus we left her a tip. We had a lovely experience with no probs!! Serves your entire family and has great hours!
