Super thankful for the quality of customer service I experienced during my UPS visit today. Trevor and Caleb were outstanding. They went above and beyond to overcome formatting issues for my printing needs, as well as cutting my invitations down with time-consuming precision. Trevor, I was so lucky to have such a determined person helping me complete my project. Caleb, I watched you work hard and efficiently as I had Trevor tied up with my job. And together, you accomplished exactly what needed to be done for me, all while being so kind and engaging. THANK YOU AGAIN. You deserve a raise. A new computer for your ease at the store. Owner is untrustworthy and doesn't take employee issues/safety seriously, and the store is understaffed most of time.

I think Jason had made a post about their employee Colin. I just wanted to continue what he was saying… That is one impressive employee they have there. I watched him get bartered by a costumer for a good 15 minutes. It was just the three of us there and Colin handled it so well and professional. Some real kudos to Colin, even after he got cussed out and the costumer left he greeted me with a smile and asked me how my day is going. I’ve been going to The UPS Store for a little while now and cannot recommend Colin any more highly then I have. He is a real go getter and whoever is his manager should really recognize all the hard work he puts in to make sure everyone has a great and welcoming experience!!!

All I have to say is that poor kid. I went in around 3:25 to drop off my package and I see this teenage boy struggling. It seemed like he was trying to set someone up with a mail box and had his manager on the phone, seems like a common thing to set up a mail box. However I heard him say on the phone “It’s honestly crazy I’ve been here since August and never learned how to do this” While trying do learn something completely new. He made sure everyone had received a little bit of attention, he was really trying and that’s something you really see these days. While making this mail box he helped someone figure out how to do amazing returns and make 4 labels for another costumer. This kid deserves so much credit, after everything cleared out and it was my turn he was so polite and made sure anything I was concerned about was taken care of. If I could just leave the kid a review it would be 5 stars but the fact he was all alone and seemed like things had been crazy for a long time, someone just needs to fix that.

Went to drop off a package. Forgot to attach the label. $3 to print a label, according to the worker there. Sorry, not paying $3 to print a label. I know $3 is petty but it would cost the store next to nothing to help a customer out. I'll skip the wadsworth ups store from now on.

This is the most knowledgeable and well run UPS. I had an awkwardly large item I needed to send and they had solutions on how to do it. Additionally, the staff was kind in answering my questions and created a peaceful atmosphere. I would recommend this store to friends and family, plus, encourage whoever trained this team, to go and train others.

Shipped a package of plates, Insured for 400$. The value of the package was closer to 550$. In transit 10 out of 12 plates were smashed. The other 2 packages I sent via USPS arrived unbroken. My insurance claim was subsequently denied, then appealed .But the crux of the situation is UPS discarded / destroyed my package .without notification or asking me.so they inspect a package, say nope not our fault. Then destroy the evidence. I have notarized statements from my client as too our other packages. 500 sales on EBay no broken packages .Seems more than a little suspect. All in all don’t ship here, go to fedex on Medina rd. Prepare yourself for a legal battle and document everything you do because your working with a business that can’t be trusted.

I got a printed estimate for shipping came back next day employee told me estimate was wrong and they didn’t have a box big enough for same item they weighed and measured the day before. Better of doing it yourself and using UPS terminal.

I love this UPS store and all their wonderful employees! From the first time I had to go there while I was just visiting in town (right before I moved here), I found them friendly, personable, knowledgeable and darn right fun to work with. Being that I have lots of printing and mailing, (mostly returning things I bought online) needs, I'm in there fairly often. I feel like I have friends in the UPS business : ). I'm grateful for that.
