Save A Lot
I bought a watermelon that was priced at 4.48 and the cashier charged me a 1.38 a pound because she apparently keyed it in as some root vegetable. The watermelon ended up being almost 15 dollars. There's a upc on the sticker and there was no need to key in any produce code... I know mistakes get made... I'm not angry... Yet. Hopefully when I return tomorrow to explain the situation the staff will relize what happened and return the over charge without a frustrating amount of trouble so I can update this rating. ~Megan

Granger Veterinary Hospital
The staff gets 5 stars, however the one star is for the vet. He did not interact well with our dog and he made us feel very uncomfortable. It is possible that he is knowledgeable, so if you can deal with his personality, this might be a decent place. I prefer a vet who truly cares about our pet and has better customer service skills. ~Derrick

Super thankful for the quality of customer service I experienced during my UPS visit today. Trevor and Caleb were outstanding. They went above and beyond to overcome formatting issues for my printing needs, as well as cutting my invitations down with time-consuming precision. Trevor, I was so lucky to have such a determined person helping me complete my project. Caleb, I watched you work hard and efficiently as I had Trevor tied up with my job. And together, you accomplished exactly what needed to be done for me, all while being so kind and engaging. THANK YOU AGAIN. You deserve a raise. A new computer for your ease at the store. Ordered in their mobile app for drive thru pickup. At the window I was only handed 1 bag. I asked if it had everything since my order usually comes in 2 bags and was assured it was all there. Got home and found out that it was not all there (missing 2 small fries). Still waiting on that call back I asked for, too. ~John

I’ve never had a problem with this location until recently. I purchased a drink, and noticed it didn’t have almost any ice, I thought no problem I’ll just add some when I get home. Upon arriving home I open the lid and notice the weird slimy brown chunks towards the top of the cup, I then pour the entire drink out and this is what the cup looks like after the drink was poured out. I have no idea what the weird slimy residue is that is stuck to the cup, but it’s super gross. I also tried reaching out to Burger King, and haven’t been able to get any kind of response or even a slight care that this is something that was served to the customer. ~ashley

VERY POOR BUSINESS!! I got there at 9:01 they close at 9pm I told the gentlemen that I needed gas extremely bad or I was gonna run out and he wouldn't ring me up for it he was to worried about leaving and my wife gave him $7 for a piece of candy and told him to put the rest in gas he only gave her $2.36 in gas and the candy was on $.079 so he stole the money she even went back in to ask he called her a liar ~Jay's
