Such a great restaurant. Rick, was phenomenal and made me feel like I wasn’t just a customer, but a guest. The kitchen did a fantastic job in my whopper. The store is always clean and well kept. Everyone acted and looked very professional

Cold food and closes at 8pm not a very good business model. I hope something better takes its place. This location is so sad you have the employees giving each other a good rating as seen below

Do not allow your children to work here. They will be mistreated and subjected to inappropriate and unprofessional behavior by management. Our complaints of this behavior has been ignored. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional.

I’ve never had a problem with this location until recently. I purchased a drink, and noticed it didn’t have almost any ice, I thought no problem I’ll just add some when I get home. Upon arriving home I open the lid and notice the weird slimy brown chunks towards the top of the cup, I then pour the entire drink out and this is what the cup looks like after the drink was poured out. I have no idea what the weird slimy residue is that is stuck to the cup, but it’s super gross. I also tried reaching out to Burger King, and haven’t been able to get any kind of response or even a slight care that this is something that was served to the customer.

Waited in line over 25 minutes because they wanted to argue with the guy in front of me and never told him to pull forward in order to help the line of cars behind him. When I asked if my sauces were in the bag, she looked at her screen, handed me the bag, and said "They should be". They weren't. How lazy must you be to not look inside the bag you were holding? Jalapeño bites were so over cooked that they were hollow.

NOT happy. I used to love BK but today, ordered they’re new $5 your way meal for take out, the lady at the front desk which her name was Allison didn’t say hi to me and asked what I wanted to order when I walked in. Instead, she walked up and stood there. She didn’t even care to be there. Awful service for a lady like that. Too bad I can’t go to another BK because this is the one closest to my house. That lady does not deserve to be working there if she isn’t going to say anything. I’m giving this place one more chance, anymore awful service, I’m through

Very polite, attentive service. Drive they was a bit slow, but not terrible. Only got a Cke this time, but this is a frequent stop for the Impossible Whopper!

STAY AWAY So unbelievably rude!! Went before closing and tried to order impossible whoppers and they actually gave me attitude like it wasn't okay to be ordering those? Then when I tried to order a shake they snapped and said they didn't have them because they are closing in 10 minutes well that would have been fine till they nastily called me hun and said with a huff theres going to be a wait for the burgers too??? I pulled in with more than 15 minutes to close, this shouldn't have been an issue at all. If their shake machines were down for the night thats fine but don't talk to me that way or act like if I order anything its an issue!! I said nevermind I'll order elsewhere and pulled away to them screaming at us through the speaker NEVER AGAIN. IF THERE WAS LESS THAN 1 THEY'D GET THAT!

My husband and I went though the drive-thru tonight. The staff was friendly and more than willing to help when we didn't get sauce with our tenders and had to go back through. My only issue is, does this look like it's worth $7? I put the sauce cup in the picture for reference as to how small these were.
