When my son got chicken sandwiches they were still raw. Took them back and the replacement was raw. The counter person did not care. I won't go back

A newer location, and usually pretty good, with plenty of drive thru traffic. The soda machines seem to always have mechanical issues, and the staff can be pretty weird/funny with some of their banter/shouting from the kitchen if you dine inside. Here and there they get your order wrong, but it's not the norm.

Their grilled chicken sandwich is awesome. I love it. I still can't bring myself to eat a square burger on a round bun, I'm so glad they have the chicken and I also enjoy their frosty.

Went to Wendy's during their open hours and sat in the drive-thru behind three cars for almost 20 minutes. Come to find out they had shut down because there was only one employee and didn't post a sign and didn't turn off the drive-thru sign. So we all sat there waiting and nobody bothered to tell us they were closed. The only reason that we even found out they were not open is the lady that was behind me in the drive-thru pulled up next to my car and waved for me to put my window down... so I did. She told me that she called inside the store and asked what was going on at the drive-thru why aren't they weren't taking any orders and he then explained that there was only one individual there and that was him so he had to shut down. Well all they had to do was post to sign or turned off the drive-thru and that would have been awesome. Disappointed in Wendy's. I know staffing is difficult but at least take the proper steps to let the customers know.

Sat in drive through for 32 minutes before just leaving. This is every time and I hope it will get better. Everyone has staffing issues but somehow every other restaurant around there has figured it out…the owner needs to look in the mirror on this one…

Obviously, there were no adults working this evening, only 16/17 year olds who thought they were at a high school event. We were the only customers inside. Girls giggling and squeeling, most on their phones. 2 guys who did not work there--not in uniform, but felt the need to prop both feet up on the counter by the cash register and talk loudly, to the employees. Talking so loudly, we had difficulty hearing the girl as she took our order--The only employee I would have not fired. Almost all of the beverage choices were unavailable in self serve machine. No salt, only pepper in the 6 bins. We were traveling thru this area, so highly unlikely we will ever visit this location again. 7/3/2022 at approximately 6:00 pm.

Ordered in their mobile app for drive thru pickup. At the window I was only handed 1 bag. I asked if it had everything since my order usually comes in 2 bags and was assured it was all there. Got home and found out that it was not all there (missing 2 small fries). Still waiting on that call back I asked for, too.

The absolute worst Wendy's in all of the united states. The workers are literally not taking orders so that people leave because they are young and lazy. Horrible experience for all of 2022 at this place and they get paid more now. The owner of this wendy's needs to be shut down and put out of business.

The drive thru line was long so we went inside to order. The manager didn't know how to do a refund or that he could make the last in front of me a new salad without cheese. 1 of the crew was on the phone talking with a friend, 2 other employees had ear buds in and were joking around with each other and the girl on the phone. The line would have moved much quicker if the manager had control of the crew and they worked as a team.

Went through Drive thru six vehicles ahead of me approximately 3-4 minutes I was ordering, Employee spoke clearly and politely order was given and received with 0 errors. Total time less than 10 minutes NICE JOB.
