Best fast food restaurant in Wadsworth, Ohio (OH) 2024

Ordered in their mobile app for drive thru pickup. At the window I was only handed 1 bag. I asked if it had everything since my order usually comes in 2 bags and was assured it was all there. Got home and found out that it was not all there (missing 2 small fries). Still waiting on that call back I asked for, too. ~John

I’ve never had a problem with this location until recently. I purchased a drink, and noticed it didn’t have almost any ice, I thought no problem I’ll just add some when I get home. Upon arriving home I open the lid and notice the weird slimy brown chunks towards the top of the cup, I then pour the entire drink out and this is what the cup looks like after the drink was poured out. I have no idea what the weird slimy residue is that is stuck to the cup, but it’s super gross. I also tried reaching out to Burger King, and haven’t been able to get any kind of response or even a slight care that this is something that was served to the customer. ~ashley
