Delicious. The Oreo milkshake with salted caramel is probably the best milkshake I’ve had in years. I’ve never eaten at sheets before, the consistency and taste was impeccable. Staff was very fast and clean with their hibachi fast food. Wasn’t greasy. I didn’t even get indigestion after eating! Sheetz food and service probably cured my arthritis. Thank you, Sheetz!

Sheetz is the ultimate one stop shop! Timothy at the Fairlawn location showed me above and beyond customer service tonight. I was sad the doughnut case was empty. Not only did he tell me that fresh ones just got there, but he took the extra time to go get them off the truck and put them out just for me! Thank you from one customer service worker to another❤

Always semi busy their food really isn't bad.. it's not a 5 star restaurant, but it has nice flavorful meals.

Had to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper in the handicap stall. The restrooms haven't been checked in a while apparently. The lady who responded to the issue looked like it was an inconvenience for her. Sheesh!! That's your job, child.

How does someone microwave 4 breakfast burritos so bad that 60% of it is hard as a rock? Don't waste your money on their garage they call food. Very clean lobby 👌

I just moved to the area an now I have to go there every morning do to my schedule an u get use to a routine of the same stuff well now it’s gone an this morning no supplies for stuff u need an one of the team members that work there says it’s 1st or 2nd shifts job to do something not there’s tell me where there’s an I in team I thought a team everybody worked together that place is going down hill do to it’s team leadership

OK I had a baby in the car and I had a dog in the car I pressed receipt and nothing. This is the fourth time I have been to a Sheetz and they do not have receipt paper in their machines. I need a receipt. I do not like to leave my child and my dog in the car to go in and get a receipt thank you

It is normally a great place to stop except when the new "manager" Kristy(?) is working. She is just extremely unfriendly and honestly rude. I mean if you hate the public that much then please don't work in customer service.

Not gonna lie ... id leave no star review if i could. This place, in the many times ive been here, has never gotten my order right. I live in the area, and being on second shift go here more than id like to admit, will never go back. I have ordered food, and every single time, again more than 20+ times have never gotten a correct order. Its atrocious. I refuse to give this establishment my money from here on out. I have actually gone out of my way to write this review. I dont like doing this but they deserve it....
