Had a brake line bust while traveling. Went to several auto parts stores in the area looking for the line I needed to get back on the road. They each told me they didn't have what I needed and weren't in the least bit interested in trying to help. I went to NAPA and they were very helpful in getting me back on the road. They had the adapter I needed to connect my brake line. They made sure everything would fit before I left the store. These guys were awesome to work with and knew what they were doing. Thanks NAPA you were able to get me home.

This store has a family run business type atmosphere about it. Whether you order online and pick up in store or just walk in and ask about something they are always very helpful and courteous. NAPA quality is well known but it's the people there that make this store more friendly and enjoyable to stop at.

Best service I've seen at an auto parts store. I had to get a CV axle for my 2000 jeep grand Cherokee and when I called them they picked up immediately, found the part in their system in a couple minutes and had it the next day. Definitely using them in the future.

I needed an obscure, small part for my windshield wiper nozzle. No replacement was available anywhere, and being on the road, waiting for shipment was not an option. The folks here were absolutely great. They sourced a universal washer nozzle kit (that didn't fit as is) and helped me to kit bash a temporary solution right there on the counter. It took about 20 minutes, and all the while, 2 employees were right there, helping and fetching improvised tools as they were needed. If I lived closer, they would have earned a loyal customer.
