Target is great… if you buy online that is. Targets catalog of furniture and home-improvement items is impressive to say the least, and don’t get me started on affordable clothing as well as any electronic good and simple person might need. Target being understaffed, two hour long waiting period‘s for pick up, as well as overpriced grocery items make the experience less pleasant. At the end of the day compared to competitors it is the go to place to furnish your home, as well as get cute clothing

I do not like to shop, but I don't mind it nearly as much at this store. Items are logically organized, parking is convenient, and the checkout lines are not too long. It is as painless as shopping can be for a non-shopper. I've been pleasantly surprised.

Much better than the crowds at Walmart and the staff is way friendlier and a lot of help! The quality of products is much better and I love the new price match. That is something Walmart no longer honors. I will be a Target shopper from now on. Either in store or online and they will even bring items to my car if rainy or cold and I don't have to worry about being hit by another car or possibly running over other customers.lol

Yesterday I spent $100 at this Target. Probably around 11:30am. There were lines at the registers. A man opened another next to me so I moved over to it. He may have been new because did not have on the requisite red shirt. He was not a happy camper. He threw everything into two big bags. Threw! Chucked them in. Crushed a blouse, gift bags, bagels, etc. when I got home to unpack bags I was appalled.

Purchased an item in store one day. Returned it the very next day. 4 different employees weren't competent enough to process a return. They referred me to guest services who only assist with online orders. They also were very difficult to understand because their customer support isn't US based. One the employees reached out to the "director" who was equally useless. Although my return complied with their terms and conditions for a refund, they chose to not refund me and encouraged me to reach out to corporate to file a complaint. 1 hour later a competent employee processed the return without a problem. They even called security. Just wow. They need more training and management that is empowered to do what's right instead of blaming the register. Blown away by the terrible service and incompetence.

The worst one I’ve ever seen. Drug dealer in the parking lot. Trash mask every where, tons of I stocked items, very dirty, outdated. Met 3 members of staff. Old lady was nice. College kids was ignorant. Wish I took a pic of the bathrooms. It was sketchy

The assistant manager was fabulously helpful. I was looking for black-owned brands of products. She took the time to show me how to find this information on my Target app. And what a great resource that is! Not only did I find many products made by black-owned businesses, but the app told me if the product was online or in the store; if in the store, it told me the aisle. What a deal!

I love this store. It's easy to get to and to walk around and shop. The people are usually very friendly so of course who doesn't love that. The only thing I'm taking a star off is because I was trying on (yes, even in these days) coats and I asked the clerk where I could find a mirror to see how they looked. She had no clue so I kept walking down the same aisle and found plenty of mirrors just a few feet down at the spot where you had to stop and make a left (right past the old - and missed- dressing rooms). There should have been more mirrors and the staff should have been knowledgeable about where they were. But I still like going there. You know how it is, when you go into a store you either feel comfortable and keep going back or you don't. This store I do.
