Kinda warm. Employees were good, but not overly friendly and certainly not proactive in helping. Did not have the selection I'm used to at a Penney's. Update: Selections are getting worse. I'm going to start looking for other places to buy clothes.

After hitting up Macy's and Dillard's at three different malls my youngest daughter talked me into coming here as I was getting very frustrated looking for a dress for my oldest daughters wedding. I found several I loved and had a hard time choosing just one.

Disappointed that the children's section has decreased. Use to buy so many clothes for my kids there. But the selection is very slim now and expensive. Edit to add...Women's bath needs immediate attention. Smells like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Floors look slimy, all of the components under the sink are exposed. Not a clean welcoming area.

Really good deals on clothes 🧥🧦. They baited me with 35% off my 510$ purchase to get the JCP card. I fell for the bait, saved 160$, and paid it off right there 😄👌🏿. When I get my first statement I'll close the account. 😅 PS: They keep baiting me with more discounts, so I bought some sandals online! I'm weak! 😨

They really need more cashiers! The last two times I went there, it took upwards of 15 minutes to check out. There are plenty of employees in the store; they just need to allocate them to the checkouts when a long line forms!
