The dictionary definition of superlative is āof the highest quality; supremeā. I define it as this location. I went in to simply buy a pair of shoes for a friend, Sadye went above and beyond to help me pick something he would like, then managed to convince me to buy a pair of shoes and some socks for myself. The āpersonalizedā experience I received, at this location, from Sadye was so amazing, that I will only be considering this location in the future for all of my footwear needs! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. ~Nicholas
Rooms To Go - Wesley Chapel
We looked everywhere for a house full of furniture for our new build. We just couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. We came here and Mike was super nice. He gave us our space to look but also was there when we had a question. We also worked with Dave in the kids side and he was great as well. We found everything we needed to furnish our entire home and the pricing really wasn't all that bad. Plus we were able to get everything we really wanted in time for the house to be completed so we should have all of our furniture in place when we move in. The best part is they deliver and set up everything so we don't have to worry about moving any furniture. So happy we decided to come here. Thank you so much Mike and Dave for making this so easy. ~The

Every single delivery I've gotten from Ashley has had a missing part. Today, I had a backless couch delivered. We also received the wrong back pillows. There should have been one left, one middle, and one right. We received three left, two middle, and no right pillow. We also received an extra left side panel. The delivery person called Ashley and reported the missing back. They told us they could ship the part to us in 5-7 business days. After I left, I called corporate again to confirm. First, I waited for 20 minutes and gave up. I called again and chose the option to be called back. They called me back and put me on hold to add notes to my account. The system hung up on me. I called again and this time chose the text message option, which has actually been much better to use as I got an immediate response and have been able to send photos. Update 7/18/22: I emailed the address Ashley posted in response to my review on July 14th. I have not gotten any response from them or from corporate regarding the customer service cases I submitted. Update 7/22/22: We received a box from Ashley. It contained one left pillow and one middle pillow, so now we have four left pillows, three middle pillows, and still zero right pillows. I received an email about another part being shipped, so I hope that is the back piece. ~Marisa
Mattress Firm New Tampa III
I went to Mattress Firm looking for a firm Queen mattress for my guest room. Only wanted to spend around $500. Didn't need a box spring. The Salesperson was Stephanie, and she was so great! She listened to what I wanted and helped me to find the perfect mattress! With tax, delivery (they'll take the old mattress with them!) and cooling mattress ,protector, the price was less than $550! As I said I said, Stephanie was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. She never tried to upsale me. Also, the other salesman in the store, Steve, was very nice and helpful, too! This store is in Wesley Chapel, Fl. on Bruce B. Downs near 56. Very positive experience! Oh yes, they're delivering the mattress in 4 days! Is that cool, or what! ~Pam

I shop Kirklands quite frequently both online and in the store. However this was my first experience with the ācurbsideā pickup at the new Tampa location. First off, I want to say how rude the male staff member was. He picked up the phone and once I told him I was there to pick up an order, he immediately sounded annoyed and started huffing and puffing. He then put me on hold twice and after about 6 min of waiting in the ācurbside pickupā parking spot, I walked in to get my order.( I think his name was Eric) had 0 customer service skills and gave me some serious attitude when I was at the counter. He was probably the most unpleasant person I have ever dealt with at a retail store who seemed like he just hated to be there. Very dissatisfied with my experience today. ~Kelli

The shelves are neatly stocked with goods/hardware and the floors were shiny and clean. Normally, this store would be a favorite of mine. However, today the parking lot was an absolute mess! Clearly, the store is being managed, but the business is failing the Members of Samās Club. Naturally, the parking near the gas pumps are nightmare due to poor design and layout, but the parking lot was full of loss carts, blocking several ADA parking spots and access points. Terrible! The MANAGERS should be ashamed. ~Alonza
