Every single delivery I've gotten from Ashley has had a missing part. Today, I had a backless couch delivered. We also received the wrong back pillows. There should have been one left, one middle, and one right. We received three left, two middle, and no right pillow.
We also received an extra left side panel.
The delivery person called Ashley and reported the missing back. They told us they could ship the part to us in 5-7 business days.
After I left, I called corporate again to confirm. First, I waited for 20 minutes and gave up. I called again and chose the option to be called back. They called me back and put me on hold to add notes to my account. The system hung up on me. I called again and this time chose the text message option, which has actually been much better to use as I got an immediate response and have been able to send photos.
Update 7/18/22: I emailed the address Ashley posted in response to my review on July 14th. I have not gotten any response from them or from corporate regarding the customer service cases I submitted.
Update 7/22/22: We received a box from Ashley. It contained one left pillow and one middle pillow, so now we have four left pillows, three middle pillows, and still zero right pillows. I received an email about another part being shipped, so I hope that is the back piece. ~Marisa
