This is how Sam's club cake comes out when I went to pick it up. Its not even the same what on their cake book. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Sam's club baker don't know how to even write a boy or girl on the cake. They ruin my gender reveal cake. I'm trying to put something on the cake just to make it presentable but the writing is just so bad that even I put some baby cart still bad. It's very sad that i need to put something on the cake. I order this cake hoping i don't need to do anything. All I asked is to write a nice boy or girl on the cake but unfortunately they can't do it and they don't know. How disappointing that Sam's club baker that's how they design cakes. I'm so sad and not happy at all. This is what Sam's club employee did to my cake. If I can just put a zero star i would. Advice for the people who want to buy a cakes from Sam's, don't even waste your time or money its really a big disappointment. Hoping the cake is going to be great, but they can't do it right. NEVER AGAIN

Always have a great time grocery shopping here. And there deli area is great! Sometimes they run out of condiments but their food is still good without! So much better than Costco.

The shelves are neatly stocked with goods/hardware and the floors were shiny and clean. Normally, this store would be a favorite of mine. However, today the parking lot was an absolute mess! Clearly, the store is being managed, but the business is failing the Members of Sam’s Club. Naturally, the parking near the gas pumps are nightmare due to poor design and layout, but the parking lot was full of loss carts, blocking several ADA parking spots and access points. Terrible! The MANAGERS should be ashamed.

Would not go here again. Spent 3hrs of my day and they couldn't replace my battery. Workers didn't want to work, hiding around corners and sitting in cars. Mechanic Told me the machine they have to replace battery was broke. Showed me a jump box battery saver. Told me Sams doesn't care about these jobs they only want fast easy money. Went to Tampa Dale Maybry spoke to young lady at front (Danela?) She was super helpful and sweet. I asked store manager (Ralph) to help me. No messing around, he got me right in with Glenn and they are working on it. Amazing difference in management.

I like the scan and go app. My only complaint is the employees have no manners. The older gentleman that works the entrance is awesome. He is very friendly. But other employees on the floor have no problem walking right in front of you cutting you off and not even saying excuse me. They never say hi or ask if they can help you. I asked a lady in clothing if they still had a particular shirt because it was no longer in the place it was before. It had only been a couple days. She said "if we do it would here in here somewhere. You'll just have to look." They did still have them. If there was another near by I would go to it.

I went to my local Sam's club on SR56 this morning needing a battery check/purchase. My car would not start after I shut it off, which blocked one of the bays. I went in to purchase the battery and was told there was a four hour wait. Well thanks to Terry who worked at the register and Norma who installed my battery, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I had an emergency and would not have made it had it not been for their amazing compassion and great customer service.

While the Club may be good and prices are lower, steer clear of the Tire and Battery Centre. Opening time for Plus Members is 8AM but obviously not for staff. I needed a battery change urgently and my car was pulled in and out of the bays 3 times due to late arriving appointments. Constant claims of short staff while they are standing around on their cell phones and only 1 bay being serviced. It is over 3 hours yet Samuel can't give a time. I guess I offended their "don't care" attitude as my car is now in one of the service bays for almost an hour with nothing being done on it. The staff are also rude and unwelcoming, so rather pay more and go to where you are valued as a client. Will definitely not renew my membership if the staff at this location are representative of the Sam's Club values.

This is an update on 5/18/22 Service always gets better. Best prices in town. No business is ever perfect. I own my own and I know that. But the people who do the in store shopping and curbside delivery do such a great job! Just wanted to say happy and THANK YOU! The young man who loaded my car was super courteous, quick and had great manners! Just did my pickup and took less than 5 minutes! These guys ROCK!!! I always order online and pick up. The staff is great and they do a great job! Been a member for 20 years and the service 100% all the time. Love Sam's club Wesley Chapel and the staff!!!!👍👍👍

I found that they have good deals and everything was where it supposed to be on the Isles. You didn't have to dig through a mess. It was very well kept and organized
