Aloha, Sunday evening, we came to Rooms To Go to check out some furniture for our new home; Hunter welcomed and greeted us pleasantly and offered his assistance. After browsing stuff in the store, we found the perfect and functional couch that we needed. Since it was already late and the store was about to close, we decided to finalize our purchases the next day. We came back the next day as we promised Hunter. We ordered my sectional couch more than one-bed frames, nightstands, and dressers. We were happy with all the furniture we purchased. I want to say that the highlights of our shopping experience were (1) we got some great deals/discounts and (2) we had the best sales associate we have ever encountered since we moved here from Hawaii. It was a very smooth process; Hunter was knowledgeable, and all our questions were answered. He is so helpful. I genuinely could say Hunter is the best asset to your company. We looked everywhere for a house full of furniture for our new build. We just couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. We came here and Mike was super nice. He gave us our space to look but also was there when we had a question. We also worked with Dave in the kids side and he was great as well. We found everything we needed to furnish our entire home and the pricing really wasn't all that bad. Plus we were able to get everything we really wanted in time for the house to be completed so we should have all of our furniture in place when we move in. The best part is they deliver and set up everything so we don't have to worry about moving any furniture. So happy we decided to come here. Thank you so much Mike and Dave for making this so easy.

We got to work with Susan and she was phenomenal! Before we even walked in she must have seen us coming in and she started to approach the front door. She greeted us with a smile and welcoming feel. She asked us what we were looking for and allowed us to look around without feeling like it was a sale deal. She was kind and honest about what was in stock and how long it would take. We really enjoyed her effort and communication which ended up in us buying a new sectional. Thank you Susan for giving us our first and great experience at Rooms to Go!!!

Hunter was very attentive and sweet. He took the time to sit down with me drawing ideas to help me decide the best sofa for our home. He offered several alternatives, and he understood perfectly what I was looking for. I was at the store twice this week and he was always there for me. Very professional and polite. He is awesome! Dan was wonderful! Such a pleasant experience as I haven’t bought furniture in 20 years & he made the whole experience very enjoyable. Very knowledgeable & even help me fit all the furniture with my measurements I bought. Took the extra time to let me lay on all the mattresses. So patient & friendly. I highly recommend Rooms To Go as they have great options for different preferences. I want to highlight Maylin's wonderful service! We went to the store several times before deciding on our furniture and she was always very helpful, patient,knowledgeable and willing to put her customers' needs before her own sales goals. She genuily made sure we got something we loved and suited to our space limitations. We visited several furniture stores in the past month and never saw such nice designs (to our liking) for a reasonable price, an excellent service, charisma and support in choosing our furniture. My husband and I went into the store knowing exactly what we were interested in looking at and Robert approached us right away and lead us to every piece of furniture matching our descriptions. He was very professional and kind. I appreciated that he knew when to give us space to discuss our options and what we wanted. He was not a pushy salesman and we felt comfortable with him. Robert was very informative and helped us order our furniture quickly! I would highly recommend him to help anyone!
