I bought a Walgreen brand blood pressure Monitor on September 4th it did not work properly so I returned it and they exchange it and gave me a new one. Once again it was the same problem it didn’t work properly. I went to again to my nearest Walgreens and they told me I can only get store credit but if I go back to the same Walgreen I got it from the I would get my money back even though i couldn’t find my receipt .. at pine Island and commercial I met with Kisha she told me I could not get a refund only store credit with I agreed to accept the store credit.. then I realized she only refunded $39 instead of $49 the amount I payed for it ..SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS IN THIS TIME OF CRISIS AND PANDEMIC!!!!...This hard time and I will not stop until I get my FULL refund..$49 NOT $39

Poor customer service attitude over the phone, no manners. Didn't want to waste a trip so called to see about an item in Stock and the price. First call I got cut off without getting a answer on price. Called another Walgreens to get price. Called this Walgreens back to see if item was available and price, still got no answer on the price. Very rude, acted like it was a really big bother to answer a couple of simple questions. What is she getting paid for if not to help a customer?

Less than five min walk from my house and it's open all night. There is always some kind of sale going on, nice employees, if the line at the register looks long I can usually just go to cosmetics and check out there. I lost my Walgreen's card and they let me type in my phone number to get and use my points!
