Unfortunately I have made several complaints with this Walgreens I have spoken to Walgreens manager I've spoken to the pharmacy manager and guess what nothing's ever resolved the wait time for this Walgreens pharmacy is ridiculous. Not sure if they're understaffed, something needs to be done even waiting in a car line customers are complaining. Then it can never find your prescription regardless if you give them your name and your phone number. They do put your prescription back of course they do because who in the world wants to wait in a car line or even wait inside Walgreens lines .something needs to be done the worst mistake they ever did

This is the worst place you can go to dp anything, they are very rude and they're never willing to help yuu any way and belive me Im not talking about the extra mile,Im just talking about the minimal custumer service. If you order photos, they will never have it ready,this place is hell.

Who are they hiring at the pharmacy!!! I was waiting on the phone for 25 minutes. When someone finally spoke to me, I asked them about a prescription that had been having “insurance problem” for a few days (according to the app). The pharmacy tech told me the same thing, and wanted to hang up. I asked him to tell me what the insurance problem was, and he kept beating around the bush. Finally he said that there was no problem that they’ll have it ready for me later…… Again, as with my other medications, I have to call the pharmacy to get them to actually refill it for me. If not, the refill just sits there with some kind of “problem” that NO ONE in the pharmacy cares to “fix”. Please hire more prepared people!!! This store manager should be ashamed of poor reviews this place gets!

Arrived 15 minutes early for my Covid booster appointment, as instructed. The employee at the front door was very polite and welcoming. There was no line at the pharmacy, and I filled out my paperwork straight away. I then waited over 1 hour to receive my vaccine. I went into the back room with the green cross on the door for the vaccine. The floor and tables were noticeably dirty. The staff member giving the vaccine only put on one glove, and there was a used syringe just lying on the table when I entered the room. It was still there when I left. From the wait to the filth, would not recommend.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Besides being one of the biggest pill pushers ever in USA ( google Walgreens oxycontin) they consolidated stores so now this is the only one in Tamarac area west of university. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. This company got a huge tax break that was supposed to be for hiring more people. Remember in 2016- JOBS JOBS. Well they have FAILED FAILED FAILED. Can't wait till Amazon starts doing day to day pharmacy and push this cigarette selling place out of buinsess!

This particular pharmacy is terrible. 3 days filling prescriptions and no notification to let you know what the delay is about . They don't answer the phone either. They need some better customer service as this isn't the first time it takes them days to fill prescriptions. I've used other Walgreens locations and never had this issue. May just change to another Walgreens, even if it's a little further away.

DON'T TAKE MINORS HERE FOR COV-19 VACCINE On Sept. 4, I took my son to get his first Cov-19 shot, waiting a hour because it was busy that was okay however when I get to the vaccine check-in the Indian Pharmacist ask for a id for a minor. I advise him that minor don't have an id, so what are you suppose to do in that case. He ask for me to come back when his manager is there on Tuesday. I was not able to get my son vaccinated after an hour wait. I went to CVS pharmacy, no issue, no one ask me for insurance card or id for a minor. Walgreens you need to train your staff, this shot is suppose to be free and getting a shot shouldn't be difficult. Lesson learn STAY AWAY FROM WALGREENS PHARMACY

My family has been using this Walgreens for years. Everything from the pharmacy, photo lab, cosmetics, and the sundries are top notch. Never had a problem in all the years going. They always notify us when a prescription or photo is ready and the staff is always nice & helping. This is our local Walgreens. :)

Worst pharmacy EVER! My prescriptions were transferred over from a Walgreens pharmacy that had closed. I tried to fill five prescriptions and they only got one right. When the doctor sent over a prescription they claim they didn’t get it. When they do get the order they don’t have it in stock and I have to wait three days. Hardly anyone ever answers the phone, and when they do they put you on hold forever. The lines at the counter and in the drive-through have a ridiculously long wait time. Avoid this location. I’m transferring all my prescriptions immediately.
