I went there yesterday at night and the staff who was working in the cashier was so rude. He treated me so badly and after that I saw him arguing with a client. The customer left in a rage throwing everything on the floor. He is not the right person to work in this role.

The pharmacist (Latricia? blonde hair mid to late 40s) is highly incompetent . The service (or lack thereof) I received was appalling. Corporate should reconsider her employment as she posses a significant liability for the company. I have already voiced my concerns to the powers that be.

The new pharmacist is the worst in the whole world they told me to come in 2 hours and when we get there they come back and tell me that I have to wait another hour and a half cause they were back up what kind of pharmacy is this is a shame cause use to be a good one until the new pharmacist come .

Super slow. No kind of attempt at moving in any way fast. The guy at the window took longer than 45 to give us the bag for the covid test and then didn’t even bother asking if we knew how to do it. Need new staff that actually do their job efficiently. Completely disappointed in the service given here

I just want to really thank the young guy at the pharmacy this morning! The usual CVS I go to kept being closed and I have a crazy work schedule! He had my prescription ready right before I went to work and I sincerely appreciate the kindness .i was able to get my prescription

I called yesterday to refill a prescription was told it would be ready at noon today..when I got there at 530 I was told it was not ready and to come back 20 minutes later... I returned 30 minutes later and then was told the medication is out of stock and would not be ready until 4:00 p.m. tomorrow... I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my entire life.. I called corporate and registered a complaint and I will never ever again set foot into a CVS store

The store associates are great. The pharmacy is absolutely horrible. They have a sign outside the two lane drive thru that clearly states, “Prescriptions any lane.” I was told I’d have to drive all the way around to lane one. They are already slow and now I have to get behind vehicles that came after me. I will be placing a call to corporate. I don’t want to use a window they test for COVID-19, I doubt they sanitize the drop off box that all patients being tested touch.

If there were zero stars, that is what the pharmacy would get. Dropped off two prescriptions. I should've looked in the bag. When I took the prescriptions to my mom, there was only one in the bag. I wasn't told anything when I picked it up. ( not to mention I droppped the prescription off at about 11am and it wasn't going to be ready until 5pm that day) When I went to the drive thru they told me I had to go into the store. I refused to go inside based on the lack of social distancing. Finally, I was told they contacted the doctor for approval because the medication was not covered by the insurance. I've heard that story before at another CVS. The doctor never received any call. When I asked for the prescription back, I was told they had to focus on other customers not just me and they needed to sort thru 500 prescriptions. I could understand if there were a line of people. Although, I was the only one in the drive thru when I got there. Completely incompetent pharmacy and employees. They take advantage that people don't have a choice but to go there out of convenience. Steer clear. Horribly incompetent

Came in this Pharmacy on Thursday to pick up my mother’s prescription. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in to such a welcoming pharmacy. I was in and out quickly and will be using them for all future prescriptions. I did not get the managers name but she runs a great pharmacy and is very knowledgable.

Horrible service. I was in line inside the store. One clerk was helping a customer ahead of me. When the other clerk decided to just walk out of the store for a cigarette break because the scanner on the register wasn't working. There were now 5 people in line behind me. No social distancing. In the meantime, the manager and another employee were trying to figure out what was wrong with the scanner rather than open another register to help the customers in line for the past 25 minutes. I had to leave all my items and walked out.
