I shop Kirklands quite frequently both online and in the store. However this was my first experience with the “curbside” pickup at the new Tampa location. First off, I want to say how rude the male staff member was. He picked up the phone and once I told him I was there to pick up an order, he immediately sounded annoyed and started huffing and puffing. He then put me on hold twice and after about 6 min of waiting in the “curbside pickup” parking spot, I walked in to get my order.( I think his name was Eric) had 0 customer service skills and gave me some serious attitude when I was at the counter. He was probably the most unpleasant person I have ever dealt with at a retail store who seemed like he just hated to be there. Very dissatisfied with my experience today.

I was checking on an item I saw in the store and attempted to purchase on line but could not complete the transaction. The Associate was patient and showed me how. I could not have been more satisfied.

Wow, another place where my wife can spend $150 on 1 to 3 home decor items every time we step foot in the door! Hooray! Honestly, Kirklands is basically like just the wall art and table decorations depts of Home Goods. Which left me bored while waiting for my lovely wife to rummage arounf. At least at Home Goods there's stuff an average meathead like myself can get into, like all the metal and wood containers, or animal sculptures, or thermoses, dog stuff etc etc. Next time, I'm gonna negotiate to skip Kirklands and do Home Goods and maybe Marshalls only. Sorry Kirklands, maybe my wife will give u a much better review.

My wife and I were looking for wall art and found the store packed full of nice things. The place was super clean and very well arranged and the staff were very responsive to our questions. We'll shop here again.

The style of home decor has changed at Kirkland's over the last couple of years. This is one of my favorite store for my home decor items, however, lately it has been difficult finding items that are glam and more modern. I will keep stopping in from time to time, as I love the potpourri selection.

I can’t walk in this location without walking out with something. The staff and management are always pleasant and eager to help. The store itself is immaculate and the products are arranged in such a way that makes it easy to shop. I wish more retail establishments were managed this way.

The staff here are just wonderful. They’re always very attentive and kind, always willing to help me every time. I just came in here last night and the cashier girl was super sweet, Desirae I believe was her name. She even helped me take my items to my car, I’ve never had that done before but definitely another reason why I’ll be coming back, thank you!!
