i am almost 70 years old. today was my first pedicure. The Salon was bright and comfortable. Service was immediate. Chelsea was an engaging conversationalist while performing the tasks excellently. No pain, gentle touch, attention to detail, invigorating foot massage. Overall, a wonderful 45 minute first experience for me. Service: Pedicures

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Be Polished! I was traveling and damaged a few nails and called this morning for an appointment. They were very kind on the phone and explained they were entirely booked with a wedding party. They managed to fit me in for an appointment fixed my damaged nails and took fantastic care of me. Lynn was great getting me in and scheduled, and Janice did a beautiful job on my nails going above and beyond! The team here is polite and professional the nail salon is charming. If this is how well they treat someone from out of town I can only imagine how fantastic they care for the regular clientele! Service: Gel manicures

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Be Polished! I was traveling and damaged a few nails and called this morning for an appointment. They were very kind on the phone and explained they were entirely booked with a wedding party. They managed to fit me in for an appointment fixed my damaged nails and took fantastic care of me. BF and I just loved our copper bowl pedicures! He got the kings pedi and I got a gel. He’s still talking about how awesome his scrub and massage was! Such a wonderful, personable staff and boutique experience. Thank you!

The workers were very kind and the aesthetic was lovely, but the quality of my manicure was quite poor. I went in for a polish removal and a simple clear coat to protect my nails but they turned out bumpy/grainy and very uneven looking. When I gave a low rating through their texting system, an individual kindly reached out to ask what the problem was. When I texted back and sent the picture that I’ll attach here, he/she simply said “Thank you for letting me know,” which I didn’t really think was sufficient for the money I paid to have my nails done. EDIT: The worker reached out again and offered for me to come in to see what could be done, which I appreciated.
