Every. Single. Time. we have tried to refill a prescription here they always come up with a delay after we arrive. This is after we were told that the prescription would be ready. Either they need to better educate their team on policy or learn to follow through with what they say.

Don't bother calling within 30 minutes of closing. You will be on hold with no contact until the store closes. Pretty poor customer service experience

Went to this Walgreens for a passport photo and I wasted almost 25 minutes and they handed me so-called passport photo where you can see the products in the background and my hands etc. It was the worst experience ever. When I request for refund, another associate told me that "she can re-take and fix it if I wait more". In summary, if you need passport photo, try somewhere else. My experience was horrible.

If you’re trying to get an at home COVID test for more than one person, do not go into the store together or pretend like you don’t know each other. The sign says one per customer but actually they will only sell one per household.

Shout out to Rhonda in the pharmacy for helping me get my insurance sorted out and getting me the meds I desperately needed after the pharmacist at the gosford walgreens told me to kick rocks and my meds would be over $114. You are a life saver and your customer service is superb! Somebody give this woman a raise!

I normally come here and never have issues. Today I came straight from the doctors office in quite a bit of pain. I was not aware of the lunch break for the pharmacy. They were still assisting a patient and I tried to tell them I was in pain and if they could help me get my meds before they took their break. Instead I was rudely told I was late and I would have to wait until they returned. I think they could of handled the situation much better, even if they didn't want to help me. They could have been nicer in explaining they take a lunch and to please come back later. Their attitude towards their patients needs work. Also I checked and the lunch break hours are not listed on this site. How are people supposed to know?
