If I could post 0 stars I would. The customer service is awful & rude. The manager Chris is a misrepresentation for that store. Whom ever owns that franchise needs to reconsider their management & they have furniture that harvest bed bugs. I called about it in the first month on 2/3 occasions and no one did anything. I had to invest more money into a rental bed set that wasn’t worth the amount I was paying. Rent-a-center let’s see if you can do better

The one in Rockingham NC 28379 calls all the way up to your payment is due, they due not give you time to come in with the payment before calling over and over again and they give you used furniture not brand new you have to take your time and watch them.Our friend got a bedset from them an before they loaded it on to the truck it was sitting on the ground.

They were professional, fast, and detailed they told me upfront everything they let me take it home as soon as paperwork was done. They r not outrageous either which impressed me.

Chris was terrible! He was extremely rude and I had a horrible experience with him. Everyone else there was ok and helpful for the most part! Chris was the devil and didn’t care about my situation at the time! All he cared about was coming himself, after HE quoted me a different price for that particular month. He acted as if what I had belonged to him . I would advise anyone if not to deal with him! Very rude! Some people are not meant to work with the public, he is one of those people. Very unprofessional. After I paid double for one month, he told me that I Would have a pay a smaller amount the next month I paid, I made sure to get his name. So when the next month arrives, not only did he say he didn’t talk to me it couldn’t have been him! ( it was).. he said that there was no way anybody would have told me that! Just flat out lied and I’ve never forgotten that! It was to the point if I called or came in the store and he was there I’d leave! Hated him!!!!

I would give no stars if possible. First off we had sarah. She was horrible. She tried to pass off a used mattress to us without our knowledge. We had to fight to get a new mattress. Not telling the consumer a mattress is used is illegal. The delivery people didn't even put the mattress on the frame. They left it for my husband. Sarah had asked us if we wanted payments on the 1st or 15th. We said 15th and she never mentioned we would have to make a partial payment for this to occur. I received a phone call after the first talking about a late payment. I was confused and told them they could get the mattress because I was not making any payments until the 15th as agreed upon. The manager alan told me he fixed it and make my payment on the 15th. I went in to make my payment on the 15th and was told my payment was 129 dollars. I was like excuse me it was 86 dollars. I was told no because I was late. Alan denied ever speaking to me and would not come out of the office to speak to me even when I requested to speak to him. This was the final straw. I had them come pick the mattress up. I ordered a nicer mattress set from jcpennys for less money and no interest. I will never return to these people. They lie and try to con people into used mattresses. Beware it is not worth it.
