The Budget trucks rented through COSTCO get a 20% discount. Costco does cover rental for insurance of budget trucks. No you don't have to go through the commercial weigh Stations unless you are taking goods that are commercial for selling purposes. The owner lied and they put up a sign you have to stop at weigh Stations. Do your research call your insurance company. Call Costco they do Cover nisurance on rental trucks and cars.

Worst rental company that I have ever used, and I've rented a lot of trucks. The truck they gave us had body damage all over. It wouldn't shift correctly. The front shimmied at freeway speeds. Within about 50 miles of getting the truck, the check engine light came on. We called them right away and they told us that if we could get back before 4, their mechanic would check it, so we headed back immediately. We got back well before 4 and were told the mechanic had left. The front counter people were clueless. They told us just to drive it as it was, and to stop if the check engine light started flashing versus being on solid. WTH??? We had to go over 1000 miles. We were worried the whole time that it wouldn't make it. Luckily, we made it to our destination. I will never use Budget Rent-a-Wreck again, ever.

Kind service and decent truck. Prices were fair and the rental process was easy. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I did not receive all the extra items I reserved. Although, they did remove the charge: not having the dolly made my move way harder and put way more stress on my movers. I also didn’t like that they close at 12pm when moving sometimes starts later in the day. Overall it was good.

Breaks gave up had to wait to get someone to help and the roof leaked water on all my stuff all my boxes got messed up and everything was soaked so had to carry every thing piece by piece clothes was soaked furniture all soaked they even charged me another day even though it wasn't my fault never going back

Staff was great in taken care of us. We ended up swapping out the truck had bad tires on front. Check tires before leaving facility if on cross country trip. Price was great. After swap out everything was good. Would use again

Prepaid and went to pick it up. Staff was nice enough, but then "we don't do prepays". Thought I made a mistake, so I froze the card I paid with online and paid with a separate card in person. Turns out Budget just flat out lied and double charged us, even said "you're getting a big discount". I'm getting really sick of scam companies. Go somewhere else.

Got either the next to largest truck or the one a little smaller..& it’s a wow..way better truck than any U-Haul I’ve ever seen & used...easy quick checkout...It makes no sense this isn’t a 5* or at least 4.8* location

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Two weeks ago rented a truck from here for my son, hitch broke had to stay in a hotel because Budget couldn’t make it out till the next day. Zero compensation. Rented a second truck (good prices), truck was not at the location and the idiot behind the counter couldn’t help us. Called Budget, by the time they answered. We had already spoke to a Uhal representative and drove to the Uhal location to pick up the truck. Uhal may cost you a little extra but worth the service. RENT UHAL!

Another nail found in the truck tire was disregarded and not fixed saying that "it should be fine". I had booked the truck well in advance and I did have to change around plans a bit.
