My husband and I were visiting Santa Fe and wanted to send some chili peppers back to friends on the east coast. We tried 2 different UPS locations and their response was either incredibly negative from the start or down right surly. We looked up options on line and found Mail Call. Best decision we could have made. Not only were they ready and able to handle our mailing, but they were a joy to deal with. This husband and wife pair deserve their high rating, they have 5 star service all the way. Highly recommend them!

after renting a mailbox here for two years, i was persecuted by them after having notified the owner, mark, that an amazon return made through them never reached amazon. immediately post-complaint, irregularities began with communication and damaged packages. when i picked up the last package i was confronted by both owners, mark and abigail--i hoped for an apology but received an outburst of defensive anger because i had written (and taken down on easter) a negative review of their business online. the bad treatment by mail call, santa fe, has been very upsetting and all unnecessary. i hope this review will serve them as a reminder to be professional towards all their customers. you are entrusted with the mail, under the aegis of our federal government. thank you.

Wow! This is a great business! They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and a great value. As a fellow business, we have utilized the services at mail call and never cease to be amazed. We have been using mail call for about 4 months now, and they have proved to be a perfect fit. Taking care of incoming shipping issues, helping with insurance and packing, deliveries of all shapes and sizes. It’s simplified that side of our business in every way. Yes, things cost a bit more. But for that little bit extra, you have somebody to help deal with lost packages, random damages, and all the other foolishness that happens with shipping these days. Prepare for 100% mark up on shipping your package for convenience of Mail Call. That means double the cost of what for same service at Fed Ex. That was my experience when I shipped at Fed Ex after Mail Call priced the same package. Never have seen that much of mark up anywhere. These guys are nice, courteous and I try to patronize locals. But not this time....

Getting a few things shipped today and spoke to Marc on the phone. He walked me through the shipping quote and was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgable on the call. Overall, really good experience so far! Excited to get my package in a week or so.

In business there are 2 traits that are essential for successful customer service; positive demeanor and being helpful. The staff here was neither. In addition, the environment was filthy. I tried to reserve a mailbox and they wouldn't accept my digital forms of; proof of insurance or auto registration. It's 2021 and unfortunately we're still in a pandemic and that is unacceptable. Also, the CSR wasn't wearing a mask and proceeded to graze his nasal area near the septum with his finger. I wouldn't trust this place to ship anything or hold my junk mail let alone anything important.
