Delivered package to the store because they keep loosing my packages, and what happens?!? THEY LOST IT! 🙄 The rude blue/white hair lady behind the counter felt the need to take out her frustrations of being alone in the store out on the customer. Left me standing at the counter to help 4 other customers without saying a word to me about my package except that she can't find it. After attempting to help the 5th person in line, the man was kind enough to point out that I had been standing there waiting for her. At this point she turned around and said to me "I told you you needed to call UPS." That was not something she had stated to me. Very poor experience overall, do not recommend this location.

Went in during lunch time on a Saturday late may. There was a line out the door and every employee there appeared to be frazzled (understandably). When I dropped my package off - it had a time-sensitive delivery date - I asked twice for a tracking number, the young man who helped insisted I didn't need a tracking number. Needless to say the package never made it to the PROPER destination and I am now left responsible to pay $200 for a product I had no longer been in possession of. I emphasize "proper" because after literally two months of begging UPS to research the tracking (after providing them with the exact date and time of drop-off at the store), they claimed they cannot pull up old records. I found out the employee sent the package to my old address, the one I moved away from over two months ago. How is it a company does not have the means to look up past shipping information? What happens if that particular store comes under legal scrutiny and needs to provide past information? You're going to tell me you'll call it a loss and pull apart a wish-bone in hopes you get the larger end? I call B.S. on this one. After finding out what happened to the package, I called the Zafarano store as a curtesy to explain what had happened (you see, I was promised by the female manager on 7/20 that research would be done and she would call me with their findings. Can you guess... 8 days later and I haven't received a call back), and had to deal with a rude employee to which I ended up hanging up on. Needless to say, I've never had an experience like this at any other UPS in any other state in my life. The overall 3 star rating this store front has been given is generous to say the least.

They refuse responsibility for it and give their customers the "run around". Really they deserve ZERO STARS with the new management and employees! UPDATE: I had my purchase replaced just to have it DISAPPEAR AGAIN after delivery to this UPS Store. Beware of THEIVES working within! A manager named Tracy stated, "I don't care!" when informed that several customers are closing their boxes over missing packages. HER REAL WORDS! UPDATE... I did, in fact, decline the renewal of their box service, as packages are frequently "unable to be located" since the new manager and team.

I visited this location to be fingerprinted and submit my CC package. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The notary (Tracy I think) even looked over my package to insure it was complete which isn't even part of her job! Great group of people and they went above and beyond!

I went to pick up a package that had been there for over a week. When I went they told me that they didn’t have it and I couldn’t check online because i didn’t have the tracking number. When I called the company from where I got the package they told me that it was showing that this UPS location had it. I called the UPS store to check again the following day and when I called the lady that answer the phone was really rude and told me she had it there. When I went to pick it up she told me that next time as soon as I got the email that my packages had arrived, to go it and get it. When I told her that I had already gone to pick it up but the other guy told me that they didn’t have it, she just said “oh sorry, then I don’t know what happened.” I was thinking that getting my stuff deliver to the ups store it would be safer but it looks like not, at least to this location.

I am going to find a new UPS store. The incredibly negative attitude of the store manager is just more than I’m willing to deal with. She is always sarcastic, and combative. Honestly, I think she should not be in customer service. It is pretty clear she doesn’t enjoy her job, which is serving customers.

While I can understand frustrated customer's reviews for cost of mailing which seems to have gone up in general or issues with customer service, I use this UPS store for my PO Box and have received only great customer service from Tracy/management. No issues with deliveries whatsoever.

I wish I could leave no stars. I mailed a package off on 12/17 for $78 with the guarantee that it would be delivered this week. It is now 12/22 and my package has not even been shipped from the location. It only states the shipping label has been created. This location does not answer the phone and automated system is no help. Find another way to ship your package before it is stolen like mine.!

Would give zero stars if that was an option. The first time I came to the store I had a large Amazon return. Even though it was Amazon‘s stated policy that it did not need to be boxed, the store manager Tracy told me I would have to either box it myself or pay for it to be boxed by them. When I pushed back on this, they finally excepted the return, with a bunch of attitude. The second time I went to this UPS store several weeks later I had a document that needed to be notarized and sent overnight. I waited in line behind five other people, and when it was my turn, the office manager (and only notary) Tracy told me I had to step aside and wait until everyone else in line had been taken care of. This was a week before Christmas and the line was continuing to grow. Again, I expressed dissatisfaction, and her response was to suggest I go next door to Farmer’s insurance to get the notarization. When I reminded her that I also needed the document overnighted, she rolled her eyes and sighed “oh god” very loudly, and took care of my notarization. Incredibly poor customer service. I will be using the other UPS store from now on.

I went to this store instead of going to the post office to simply ship a small bubble lined envelope within in the US, it cost me almost $7 and they wanted almost $13 to get a tracking number with it, the receipt has a tracking number shown but will not allow me to pull it up to track it. Since when did they start charging more just to track the item you paid to ship in the first place. That is crazy. I do realize that is not the fault of staff there, maybe the owner or the the company itself. Other than that the people at the store were great.
