Was awake at 7am and waiting for my package so I could sign. Only to find out around 8:30am the driver simply put a notice on the door saying they attempted delivery. Everyone in the house was up front making breakfast at the time it states. No one heard a knock or the door bell ring. We also have a dog that barks when the bell rings or someone knocks. Tried to get in contact with someone all day only to be told several different thing about my package being redelivered today and then told again that wasn't true. Was told I'd be contacted by this location by 8pm tonight which makes no sense since they close at 6. I don't have much hope in this. This isn't the first time the drivers haven't rang the doorbell or knocked too. They do this often.

Got up at 730 to ensure I didnt miss the signing for my package only to walk out at 11 and have a missed contact notice. No one rang the doorbell or knocked. I was sitting 2 feet from door so there's no way I didnt hear it.

Would give more stars but only open from 4pm to 6pm. And there are no packing items. You have to already have it boxed up.

I gave them 5 stars due to their staff. As soon as I placed the packages down. They explained why they couldn't except one of my packages. Then they told what to do and where to go to get it done. They really knew their job. My other package was quick one. My label was printed. The price was lower then I expected. The only bad thing about the store was their business hours. Their open hours are from 4PM- to 6PM. I already was there at 1PM. So I had to make two trips just to send my package out. So, other than the hours. Its a good place to send your packages and get information that can help you on your next visit.

Great that the customer service guy is always helpful. Bad that the hours are 4 to 6 pm, and that they never deliver to PO Box in town.

They might only be open for 2 hours in the evening, but they are always extremely helpful and will even go out to your car and bring in the bigger or heavier packages. They are alway very cheerful and happy.

I went in and Miguel could not have been friendlier! Had a line out the door and was engaging and helping everyone at the same time!!! Solved my problem fast and efficiently!
