I agree with all the other reviews. The new postmaster is HORRIBLE! Isabel however is very nice and helpful. Charles is rude and not compassionate at all. I told him that and he said “what does being nice have to do with anything”? UHG! I Really wish they’d replace him with a decent human being who actually likes people.

I have never had issues wit this post office until recently. I spoke with Isabel who was very nice but cannot say the same for the post master. I have had many issues now with delivery of packages which I never had before. He is returning everything without taking those of us into consideration who work out of Pecos from 8-5. Not even giving us the chance to go get the package without him returning it or disposing of it. He is rude, not helpful. I have made a complaint to the United States Postal Service about this individual. We need a post master that local residents can rely on to receive their mail, packages, etc. Customer satisfaction comes first.

I don’t know the name of the guy but it’s not Matt it’s a different guy and he is extremely rude to both my wife and I and he shouldn’t be in a position of customer service. I am going to be filling a complaint with the DOJ for the discrimination that was done to me. I’m disabled and I needed help with something and I was told to leave for absolutely no reason. I hope he loses his job. I never had a single problem with Matt or anyone else that worked there until they hired this jerk. He has been really rude several times to us. And I bet we’re not the only ones either.

The current postmaster is abhorrent. He's rude and unsympathetic considering the rural location and the uncertainty regarding how companies choose to ship packages. He's the worst postmaster assigned to the location in my lifetime.

The staff at this small town post office is anything but helpful and curteous. I called to ask what shipping boxes and materials they had and I was told they had "some" but I had to go over there and look for myself (apparently it was too hard to give a general description). Another time my fiance went in around 1:00pm (by his watch) and was greeted with a rude, "Didn't you read the sign? It says we're closed for lunch and we reopen at 1:00. Our clock still says 12:55 so you need to come back in 5 minutes." Mail delivery can be inconsistent as far as when magazine subscriptions are supposed to come as well.
