We mailed a box of margarita glasses and happened to be there when they arrived. What a great packing job. We’re new and very loyal customers now!

Stay FAR away from this place. I dropped off an Apple MacBook Pro computer to be mailed via USPS. The owner claims that he brought the package to the loading dock at the Santa Fe Post Office -- but he did not get a receipt nor did he, crucially, see that the item(s) he dropped off were SCANNED IN by the Post Office. So now he takes no responsibility for the lost computer and either does the Post Office. I am in the process of suing Pack Ship & Mail in Magistrate Court for the loss of this package. Stay FAR away from this two-bit business.

These guys do NOT rock. I had used them before for the shipping of large awkward items via ground service, and things went okay. But, this time it was a small and simple package that simply needed to be mailed out that day in order to arrive two full days later to Denver (400 miles away). I paid for Priority Mail, which was more than adequate to deliver timely delivery. They assured me it would go out that day, but curiously could not provide either a receipt or tracking number. I should have left and gone to the post office at that moment. No receipt or tracking number possible?? It's 2014. How is that possible? This was a perishable item, and also a birthday present. I disappointed the recipient, as it is still not there, now over 4 days later, and I will not use this business again. Should you decide to use them, anyway, be forewarned that they do not yet use a computer (!) for transactions with any vendor, so regardless of the method you use to ship, you will likely not get either a tracking number or any kind of reliable receipt. They told me this, and I trusted them, anyway. Fooled once...
