Called to get a date when an alternator was purchased and the the lady whom answered the phone name starts with a J stated that she couldn’t without a receipt. This is not true because I do business with Several locations and they always pull it right up for me. I’m a rewards member as well. So disappointed that this location which is closer to home wasn’t eager to help. I called a different location and was able to get what I needed. Please be more helpful and not rush people off the phone it comes off like you’re being rude.

Customer service is non existent. Walk in and no one speaks to you. You walk to the counter they don't even recognize your presence. Also it took 10 min for me to check out when I already paid for it online. What are you looking up in the computer that takes that long. Workers here are unmotivated and don't seem to want to be at work. My first and last time coming here.

Made wait ten minutes was only custumer in store didn't even say be with in a minute instead answered three phone calls. Then made no effort to help with refund parts where unused.

Not only did she put herself in my place but was courteous very night and had a great smile and assisted me until I was satisfied. The one guy behind the counter was complaining about "That f-ing jagged-a%$ed hose cut the s*&t out of my hand." Another employee was on the phone, seemingly with another store talking about "there should be a little b&*ch a%$ed gasket in the box." 5 more employees were standing there in awe of the guy digging a splinter out of his palm. I stood there with cash in hand, as a paying customer and they had no interest in taking my money. When I silently turned around to walk away, the didn't even try to find out what I needed. I understand that most of Napa's business comes from local deliveries to mechanics, but if you don't want to serve the cash paying walk-in customers you need to close your doors to walk-in business. Their loss . . . I will send my money elsewhere!
