Upon Checking in to receive our rental everyone was really friendly. They let us know they were running a bit but wanted us to have a clean car and Garrett went back to the cleaning bay and helped them clean so we could get out on time. Upon returning the rental we had the same pleasant rental experience.

Until they have a complete staff change use another Enterprise location. Took 1.5 hours to get in my rental that I had a reservation for. They were going to put me in an Armada because they didn't have the midsize SUV I reserved. As we were getting ready for me to take the keys for that one a customer brought in a car comporable to what I requested and the manager came running out and said the Armada has a safety recal. Pretty big coincidence if you ask me. Car smelled horrible, all the glass was filthy, tires were bald(to the point were I drove my wife to work the one day it rained, they had that little tred), tires were also underinflated by about 8lbs, and they wanted contact information for 3 friends or relatives before I could rent the car. I'm 48 with a clean driving record, so I referred that. Had a recent rental from Enterprise in PTC and it was great.

Waited a long time for my car to get cleaned. Didn't have the car i reserved. Enterprise's system is worthless. Why even pick a car when they don't even keep any accurate type of inventory or accurately have in stock to meet the pickup time.

My truck went out on me and I decided around midnight to reserve a truck at 8am the following day while my truck was being looked at. I went to the Enterprise in Fayetteville, Ga and was informed that they did not have any trucks at the moment. Jas gave me great customer service. She offered me another vehicle which I loved more than the truck I wanted. Ace also made sure the car was up to my standards and answered any questions I had before leaving the lot. I just want to commend Jas and Ace for providing me with great service. I’ve rented from other car rental agencies before but I’ve never been treated better nor rented a vehicle that has exceeded their standards. Thank you sooooooo much!!!!

If I had the option to give a rating of 0 ⭐️ I would. I reserved a rental 2/18 - 2/21. On 2/18 while on my way to pick up the rental I get a call from Enterprise stating they didn’t get their shipment and therefore had no car for me to pick up ??? They also stated they would give me a call when they came in ?? I’m not going to go into any detail as to how that conversation went as you can only imagine. I was livid. May I add that it is Monday 2/21 and I did not get a call back from Enterprise. Not an update, an apology, how can we make this right ?? “Crickets” My whole weekend was ruined. My car is in the shop and I had made plans to go out of town. I also lost money due to the hotel cancellation. I have used Enterprise in Fayetteville since 2010. This is the final straw as I have noticed that their customer service has gotten worse over the years.

I mean terrible service! I’m patronizing your location by choice & you disrespected me as a customer while I’m trying to pay you my money which in returns pays your salary. You rude to me because you accepted a reservation that you could not fill then offered that I pay an additional $55 Upgrade Fee + $21 Insurance - the audacity! Then put me on hold for 1hr 35mins then disconnect the call….. shame on you! Whoever the young man is who worked 3/2 & 3/3…. Your should show a lil more empathy & appreciation to the customers you clocked in to assist. You Welcome 🤗

The customer service at the fayetville ga location was great. The vehicle was ready within 10 minutes of arriving for my scheduled pick up time. It was clean and all the extra disinfectant item they leave for you in the vehicle was great. Will definitely use them again.

One of the best locations ever . I reserved a car for Thanksgiving and I knew it would be hectic . Someone from that office called me that morning to let me know that it may be a wait due to the holiday and I really appreciated them letting me know up front .Once I was there I didn’t mind the wait because it was already expected . After I turned my rental in I received a call from “Mignon “ (spell check )who was the sweetest and wanted to know about my experience , I called back and spoke with Jasmine the branch manager regarding my deposit who was also very nice and she reassured me that the amount would go back to my card . It feels good to experience great customer service this day and time . Great Job guys
