The branch manager, Ryan Randolph, is HORRIBLE, he refuses to return calls or speak with customers having issues with pathetic service at his branch. He acts as if clients are beneath him and we need him and this bank. He’s leading this branch straight to hell with his nonchalant attitude and below mediocre service and pathetic leadership.

Poor Scott the teller holding it together, otherwise extremely unprofessional. The lady banker that seemed to be above him was extremely slow and clueless, even took “important” personal calls in the middle of a client meeting. Can’t seem to find out account, I would’ve done a better job it felt like. seems to be hire based on either corruption or connections, do not have decent service or training at all.

I truly appreciate Rosie & Mrs Brenda customer service! They provided exceptional service by acknowledging how frustrated I was and diligently looking into the account to explain what they felt was best for me to do. I had to encounter these ladies several days throughout 2 weeks and every encounter was the exact same! I truly appreciate those who work in customer service and do not make a customer’s frustration about “THEM”! These ladies understood the assignment! It means a lot to me to have the SAME customer service care when visiting professional establishments. This would’ve been 5 stars but due to unsettling encounters with others I thought 4 would be best! Thank you again ladies!

Apparently since it’s become “Truist” they don’t handle credit card applications in the branch anymore. Truist online tells me schedule with the branch. Truist customer service tells me go to the branch or online. Gee, does this sound like the good old fashioned run around to anyone else??? 😡😡😡 Guess I’ll be taking my monies elsewhere after my family has banked with SunTrust formerly Trust Company (the best!) for over 50 years!!! What a sad world we live in. EDIT (5:52 PM) I have spent over 45 minutes on hold with Truist today alone and over an hour in an online chat about a long forgotten credit card dispute that they just decided to follow up on today after I asked their customer service rep to note in her file that their service SUCKS. So, now I am getting hit for $60 over something they should have fixed in FEBRUARY!!!!

If there was a 0 star I would so that. I had no problems with bbt.... since they merged it has been 1 thing after another... loosing deposits, Not being able to help me in the bank because it's a business account and calling the business number and being on hold for 2 hours and 49 minutes before someone picked up to give me another number.

The staff is very very nasty. Very rude and a nasty attitude for no reason. No professionalism at all! I won't recommend going to that branch. Seriously thinking about switching banks.

This is the slowest poorest customer service ever. I gave 1 star but wanted to give -5stars. Since BB&T is not here any more it has gone down hill. Closed my account with them.

I gave “1” star because a star was REQUIRED not DESERVED. I went in to this branch & inquired about the duration of a hold for checks deposited. I did not endorse the check yet, because I wasn't sure if I wanted to deposit or has it elsewhere. Upon learning of “7-day-hold” I asked for the check back. Upon returning the check BAcK to me, the TELLER ENDORSED MY CHECK IN MY SIGNATURE AREA!
