I truly appreciate Rosie & Mrs Brenda customer service! They provided exceptional service by acknowledging how frustrated I was and diligently looking into the account to explain what they felt was best for me to do. I had to encounter these ladies several days throughout 2 weeks and every encounter was the exact same! I truly appreciate those who work in customer service and do not make a customer’s frustration about “THEM”! These ladies understood the assignment! It means a lot to me to have the SAME customer service care when visiting professional establishments.
