Avis Car Rental
This AVIS had by far the worst customer service I have ever had at any rental car location. I was given a car with an expired tag and they refused to give a replacement even though I was approved for an exchange. I called Avis corporate again so they could talk to them. Eventually I got a replacement but it was a car they previously said was turned in for a transmission issue. I told them I had 3 young children and was planning a long road so wanted to get a vehicle that was safe. They did not care - said it was fine and could not provide any other vehicle because they were all dirty. Even though the whole lot was full. They were unprofessional and down right rude. ~J

Upon Checking in to receive our rental everyone was really friendly. They let us know they were running a bit but wanted us to have a clean car and Garrett went back to the cleaning bay and helped them clean so we could get out on time. Upon returning the rental we had the same pleasant rental experience. ~Felicia

I went to this store and stood at the counter for 4 minutes without even someone looking at me. The one guy behind the counter was complaining about "That f-ing jagged-a%$ed hose cut the s*&t out of my hand." Another employee was on the phone, seemingly with another store talking about "there should be a little b&*ch a%$ed gasket in the box." 5 more employees were standing there in awe of the guy digging a splinter out of his palm. I stood there with cash in hand, as a paying customer and they had no interest in taking my money. When I silently turned around to walk away, the didn't even try to find out what I needed. I understand that most of Napa's business comes from local deliveries to mechanics, but if you don't want to serve the cash paying walk-in customers you need to close your doors to walk-in business. Their loss . . . I will send my money elsewhere! ~Glenn

I truly appreciate Rosie & Mrs Brenda customer service! They provided exceptional service by acknowledging how frustrated I was and diligently looking into the account to explain what they felt was best for me to do. I had to encounter these ladies several days throughout 2 weeks and every encounter was the exact same! I truly appreciate those who work in customer service and do not make a customer’s frustration about “THEM”! These ladies understood the assignment! It means a lot to me to have the SAME customer service care when visiting professional establishments. This would’ve been 5 stars but due to unsettling encounters with others I thought 4 would be best! Thank you again ladies! ~Nini

This particular location was a rare find to which actually had full stock of the various products they offer. The store was clean and in perfect operational manner. Impeccable service and with knowledgeable attendants in cashiers cubicles, it was accessible for the handicapped with ample parking the operations of their doors were accessible without any complications, there we're not long lines, visibly, once you have entered and I personally noticed the check out stations. The end caps and aisles were dusted and organized. The overhang descriptions of the isles products were sized to accommodate the seeing impaired. Although, they still do not cater to the legally blind there were helpful employees available. The pharmacy area and its employees were action ready and performing their tasks quite efficiently. It did not appear to be a significant number of patrons waiting on their prescriptions. ~LaVerne

sick of this racetrac I get off from my restaurant job at 10oclock on a Friday night get to racetrac by 10:15 and the lobby is closed. (more than one occasion probably 20 times now)because they can't keep enough employees to work.Theirs usually one person that intentionally ignores you, or will tell you they have to close when there is only one person, which is now a normal here.They have a drop box to still serve customers but I've only seen one employee actually serve people from it (young girl, long braids, glasses, African american,quiet,nice,1airpod) she's awesome give her a raise!!! I think I speak for many locals when i say: I wish yall would just close and put a QuikTrip here.... This is my first review written ever so I excuse me im in my feelings lol. Your staff is about 70/30 on being mostly pleasant and decent in the art of customer service. The store when open is very clean and neat ill give yall that. ~freddie
