This particular location was a rare find to which actually had full stock of the various products they offer. The store was clean and in perfect operational manner. Impeccable service and with knowledgeable attendants in cashiers cubicles, it was accessible for the handicapped with ample parking the operations of their doors were accessible without any complications, there we're not long lines, visibly, once you have entered and I personally noticed the check out stations. The end caps and aisles were dusted and organized. The overhang descriptions of the isles products were sized to accommodate the seeing impaired. Although, they still do not cater to the legally blind there were helpful employees available. The pharmacy area and its employees were action ready and performing their tasks quite efficiently. It did not appear to be a significant number of patrons waiting on their prescriptions.

I had to visit this pharmacy at least 3X last weeks, and most of the times, the customer care left a lot to be desired at this location, due to a couple of employees that are probably overworked and/dislike their occupation. However, on Wednesday 25th Jocelyn saved the day. She was so personable and helpful. She even assisted us with an issue with the insurance-issued price for the Rx. Jocelyn: I hope you get to read this. You make a difference!

CVS used to be our "go to" pharmacy. The pharmacy staff has changed frequently and the customer service has gone downhill and become very combative and rude. I don't need this when I am sick and need a prescription. I went to get a Covid-19 test and the person I spoke with was rude, condescending and generally unpleasant. I recommend avoiding this CVS. You'll get much better service at Walgreens.

The nurse at the minute clinic was great. But when I called back with questions about the RX I got sent to a call center. Took a long while to get in touch with her again. Not good on CVS corporate.

Can’t speak with anyone in pharmacy and I’ve made several calls(different days & time of day). I had 9 prescriptions transferred to CVS and on app it says contact pharmacy for refills. Im trying why because there were refills available when transferred.CVS 480 Glen St North, Fayetteville Ga 30214

CVS always my go to but there were insurance issues because my insurance was new and yet they never mentioned I had medications called in by my Dr and the pharmacy neglected to tell me I had prescriptions to be filled because there were insurance discrepancies. Could have been avoided but I have the upmost respect for CVS.

NEVER COME HERE FOR A COVID TEST! I scheduled a covid test to go out of the country. I scheduled it two weeks before my trip because I needed it in a certain time frame. When I went to this CVS, they told me thier printer doesn't work and they can't do tests. They didn't offer to reschedule or help me find a store with tests.

I arranged for a COVID test at this CVS location online. The process was easy to book. Mercedes was the staff person that helped me administer the test at an outside kiosk. She was friendly, prompt, and gave clear instructions. I waited in my car a short time, then Joretta Buckner, NP, called me inside the Minute Clinic to give me my results. She was kind, professional, and efficient. I work in the medical field and was pleased by the flow, cleanliness, and attention to detail at this CVS. Thank you for helping me.

I have been with CVS Pharmacy for 14 years. I moved to Fayetteville almost 2 years ago and transferred to this location. I have given them two years to get something right and finally I have given up and I have transferred to the Kroger on Glen Street South. The associates in the pharmacy are the worst I have ever encountered in the industry. They are rude and do not care one way or another about the customer or the experience. It got so bad that at the end I refused to deal with them at all and sent my husband for the final prescription. It takes a lot for me to get to this point mainly because I work in the service industry and I know that the job can be stressful at times. And even through my patience of waiting on multiple occasions after my prescription was supposed to be ready, sometimes up to 2 hours in that store, I still gave them a smile and said thank you and never complained. All I would ever get back was not much more than a grunt and a wave off. Kroger, on the other hand, has gone above and beyond in just the three times I have used them as of yet. Every single person in that location is pleasant and truly care about their patients. I encourage each of you to check them out rather than waste your time, efforts, and patience at this CVS Pharmacy.
