This AVIS had by far the worst customer service I have ever had at any rental car location. I was given a car with an expired tag and they refused to give a replacement even though I was approved for an exchange. I called Avis corporate again so they could talk to them. Eventually I got a replacement but it was a car they previously said was turned in for a transmission issue. I told them I had 3 young children and was planning a long road so wanted to get a vehicle that was safe. They did not care - said it was fine and could not provide any other vehicle because they were all dirty. Even though the whole lot was full. They were unprofessional and down right rude.

Terrible! Please stay away from this place. They will waste your time. We made a reservation for for the following day. When my fiancè arrived, it wasn't even open. There were also two other customers outside calling customer service trying to get answers. When the employees arrived, we were informed that there wasn't a car available for us (the two on the lot were for other people) and that we should have called to confirm. They gave us an 800 number to call and get a refund, and that's it. We wasted money on uber having to get to another back to where we came from.

I had reservation within the last week and I must say the lady at the front is unprofessional, rude, and does not give proper information. If you were to review the website terms and conditions it’s completely different to what she says. Never again and it’s why I go with Enterprise..

They hire cars on debit cards but, even when I was able to show over $5000 in my account, they refused me. I'd hate to think it was because of my colour or nationality. No explanation was given.

Respectful customer service has fallen in the toliet. My car is being repaired, so I need a car rental. I usually go with Enterprise (because you find a business you like you use it). They were out of cars, so I was referred to Avis. I work customer service as well, so I'm not picky. I had to share the lady at the counter was very very rude...and judgemental...I can sense it for the simple reason I work with the public myself...all we were doing was picking a reserved car..my husband was completingthe transaction and I observed...needless to say I will not be going back to this particular location ever again. Update: I never look at the reviews to tough because I like to give my unbiased experience

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but this was just terrible. I honestly wish that I could give them zero stars. We had made a reservation months in advance and planned our trip around this car rental. We were flying in and leaving from another airport, a car rental was vital. Well the day we were flying out we received a voicemail from this location. They simply said, we don't have any cars and your can call us back. I tried calling back, they didn't care to find a solution. All they said was "we dont have any cars, so you need to make other arrangements" . Are you kidding me?! I tried asking them if they had any cars at other locations and that we would make any location in Atlanta work and that we could pick up on any of the 3 days we were in Atlanta. The GM said she would call one or two places and call us back in 20 mins. We waited 45 mins, keep in mind we were waiting to get on our flight to travel across the country. Still no call, when I called in to follow up I got another employee who said the GM was in a meeting and wasn't available. I asked what they had found it and he said he didn't know she I just had to wait. We got in our flight, we landed at our lay over, no voicemail. I called in and got another associate. She was rude, told me I had to wait until tomorrow afternoon. I couldn't believe that they didn't even try to find us a car. To top my it off when I pushed her for help this employee hung up on me!! I could go on, but suffice it to say that the customer service at this location was terrible.

The wait to return was unacceptable, the printer went down the system wouldn't take the check in return. The person who checked us in was out under the hood checking cars when we arrived and came back in with gloves used to check the car back in, very unsanitary. It took over 40 minutes to return the car and I haven't received the return receipt at this point. Very poor customer service and the wait time was unacceptable .

I had reservation for economy car through customer service. Upon arrival, Rochella told me she didn't have anything for me, and that I can wait. I didn't have options, but to wait, while waiting, I call customer service to let them know what was going on. They insisted that the location had the unit I was looking for. Anyway after waiting for couple hours, they told me the only option available was full size. I asked them if there was going to be any adjustments if I bring the vehicle early, they said they will prorate the charges. I brought the vehicle couple days earlier, and made with Kedemah at the service desk. I turned the keys to her, and asked her about the prorate charges. She was very rude while responding. She told me to wait for whoever rented me the truck. I didn't have time to wait, but Kedemah refused to even give me other options. She charged me for seven days, even though I used the truck for four days. In addition, she was very rude, with attitude. I have rented from avis a number of times, but I will never return to this location. The 800 customer service is excellent. And that is why I will continue renting from Avis.

I would like to start by saying Rochelle and the gentleman working with her were completely Awesome!!! She went above and beyond her duty to help us. They stayed late and made sure everything was explained throughly. I can’t thank you enough for your time and great customer service you both deserve something because in these times no one cares or takes time to give you good customer service anymore . Thank you

I don’t know if there are enough positives to say about this Avis location. Our reservation with another company was given away at the airport and we were stranded. Rochelle worked with us and stayed 45 minutes late to accommodate us since we had to get to her location from the airport. We were visiting the area for a funeral and she went above and beyond to do everything she could to get us to the memorial service. She even offered to drive us to the airport when it was time to return the car so that we didn’t have to get an Uber or Lyft. She was the most kind and patient person and the gentleman that checked over the car, who also had to stay late, was exceptionally kind as well. I can’t explain how grateful we were for her, especially after we had such a terrible experience at the airport.
