I was so pleased to come to Sullivan Tire this morning as they did my repair with barely any waiting, were polite and friendly…better still it was gratis and I could be on my way !

Took my car there to get new tires. They asked if I need an alignment and told them I don't because it was driving perfectly fine. Got the car back after a few hours and the car kept going left. Terrible. Called and asked for management, took them awhile to call back. Instead of being professional, he gave me an attitude and chuckled through out our conversation. Trying to insert his dominance.

3:45 pm on a Saturday, they were more than willing to help with our tire pressue issue. Solved the problem, explained the problem, and installed the new sensor. Kudos to Robert & Gianna for proving it's never a mistake to deal with Sullivan.

I needed to replace 2 tires with side damage on my car. Rob, the manager of the store, was very friendly and supportive. Helped me to file a claim for insurance , received the tires within a day and stayed extra 20 minutes to install them! He generously stored damaged tires for couple of days in case insurance needed to check them!!! Great service and great place !!!

I have been doing business with Sullivan Tire for many years and have been consistently pleased with the professionalism and courtesy I have received there. They provide a very good service at a reasonable price and Rob, the manager at the North Weymouth store is always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this store.
