Sign on the door clearly stated they didn’t close until 9pm was at the door at 7:30 pm and the door was locked, employees sitting inside the store and didn’t even acknowledge we were at the door even though they clearly saw us there and wouldn’t answer us at all.

Attempted to shop here on 2 different sundays; both times the doors were locked.. No operation hours posted on door. Google says they are open 1p-6p on Sundays. Maybe it is a staffing issue, but appropriate signage on the doors would let customers know they were closed due to staffing.

I entered the store about 8:20pm this evening. Apon walking in I wasn't greeted at all. Apon my difficult search for a womens comfortable work shoe ( mind you Im a guy )... The two women who were working noticed the isle I was in and never asked if I needed help. I was there just about until closing and still never was approached. In turn I left without a purchase. My wife was at work and tore her shoe and needed a a pair admediately. I will never go back and will pass my experience along regarding the night shift at Shoe Show. Thanks for nothing...

My wife and I walked in just to see what they had. The 2 sales associates were so busy putting things on the shelf they wouldn't even move out of the way so my wife could look at the shoes. This goes without saying but neither even acknowledged our presence in the store. There are plenty of shoe stores around, we won't be going back here.
