Been pretty hesitant to leave a review but after today, I'm no longer a fan of this location. As a new mom who just got out of the house to treat myself for the first time in months, I did not feel comfortable shopping in this store without the older woman with whitish blond hair following me around. It was pretty awkward and uncomfortable. Usually, the employees there are always helpful. I've shopped at other Loft locations (bigger cities) around the country. No big deal. I can take my time looking at clothes without seeing the same employee everywhere I go. I'm not sure if she (older with woman with whitish blonde hair) thought I was going to shoplift. I went around the corner to the clearance section to look at clothes and noticed the same woman come around the corner within view. There have been other times before I have been followed by this same lady but I haven't said anything in the past. There is no room for excuses or gaslighting for this. I hate to say this again but I was being followed around the store by this woman. I asked them for an email to send my concerns to. They said they were not allowed to give out that information which I find not true. Every major corporation has a customer relations email or phone number. Not every person of color is out to shoplift. Loft: Please do better.

Items sold at a higher price point, but customer service and interaction at rock bottom. Buying experience might be okay but do not expect much of anything from the store after you have paid for the product.
