11 Best clothing store in Fayetteville, North Carolina (NC) 2024

I spent over 400 bucks and got two pairs of Jordan's and t shirts. One pair I put on for 5 minutes and they were uncomfortable so I decided to return this one pair. I brought receipt and they told me all they could do is give me a merchandise card and no refund cuz they claim there is a crease from being worn but I never even wore them anywhere. So now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that ste very uncomfortable on my foot. They are the right size but there design makes them painful on my feet so kn the store I didn't realize this when I tried them on. But at home once I put them on and walked around the house I caught onto it. I love my other pair and I dont want anymore store credit, just the money back that I spent and returned the shoes damage free and still brand new. But they claim that is not the case so I dont recommend foot locker for your shoe needs. They were rude and couldn't give me a real reason for not refunding me. Now I'm stuck selling them for cheaper than I bought them to another party which is a hassle. Just keep this in mind if you decide to shop here. ~Andrew

I am new to Talbots in Fayetteville. I absolutely love this store and its associates. I have dealt with Robin and Lee Ann. They are both wonderful and very helpful. They know the clothing line well and can match me to fit into regular or petite sizes. I would recommend this location to anyone. ~Teresa

I had a fine experience with the staff assisting my friend getting his wedding tux squared away. They were very professional and forthcoming and I couldn't have wished for a better experience as a best man supporting a life long brother. ~SC

Been pretty hesitant to leave a review but after today, I'm no longer a fan of this location. As a new mom who just got out of the house to treat myself for the first time in months, I did not feel comfortable shopping in this store without the older woman with whitish blond hair following me around. It was pretty awkward and uncomfortable. Usually, the employees there are always helpful. I've shopped at other Loft locations (bigger cities) around the country. No big deal. I can take my time looking at clothes without seeing the same employee everywhere I go. I'm not sure if she (older with woman with whitish blonde hair) thought I was going to shoplift. I went around the corner to the clearance section to look at clothes and noticed the same woman come around the corner within view. There have been other times before I have been followed by this same lady but I haven't said anything in the past. There is no room for excuses or gaslighting for this. I hate to say this again but I was being followed around the store by this woman. I asked them for an email to send my concerns to. They said they were not allowed to give out that information which I find not true. Every major corporation has a customer relations email or phone number. Not every person of color is out to shoplift. Loft: Please do better. ~Chevon

Clean store and friendly service in certain departments. There are departments where the employees don’t seem interested in helping, but I think it’s just a shortage of employees everywhere right now. You can find pretty much anything you need sports wise and there are plenty of clothes! Location is convenient to many other things in town as well. ~Jenna

So utterly frustrated. I have ordered many times from this site with no issues. A few weeks ago I ordered a total of six items. When my packaged arrived it was open. I didn’t notice till a few days later I didn’t received one of my items I have now been back and forth through email trying to have them assist me and they keep asking me to ask my delivery man if he knows anything. I work full time and also raise a child on my own I don’t have time for this foolishness. I just need someone to assist me. Apparently that isn’t a option here. ~Mikayla

These are some nasty acting people they think everyone that comes in there if color steals I had to actually go off on one for throwing my stuff in my bags and they older women and that's sad so they should know better but the older lady I think her name Priscilla she's amazing ~anthony
