Clean store and friendly service in certain departments. There are departments where the employees don’t seem interested in helping, but I think it’s just a shortage of employees everywhere right now. You can find pretty much anything you need sports wise and there are plenty of clothes! Location is convenient to many other things in town as well.

My husband and I have been twice in the past few weeks and purchased four pairs of Hoka shoes. These shoes are awesome and the clerk in that department was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. His name is Alden and we think he deserves recognition for a job well done. Employees like this makes people want to shop there again.

Classify me a pure genius. Walked out one door to go into the "other " store next door. Then discovered was in same establishment. Staff friendly and helpful. Today we were pricing tents, and other camping supplies. Found it all easy enough. No complaints.

So my lil girl has grown lady feet...but too big for kid shoes, hard time finding ladies shoes and too small for a male shoe... We were shopping more than an hour and needed to trade from an online purchase or return. I was such a pleasant experience and made it fun for me...who hates to shop with a preteen! Will helped us find a youth softball catcher's mitt. There was only one in the store and he gladly located it. We payed the extra to have it steamed. He was kind enough to let my daughter use the mallet on it herself. She thought that was the coolest thing. Thank you Will! The store was organized and clean.

Excellent customer service in the shoe department. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about different shoes and helped make the perfect choice for soccer kleats. Store is spacious and not real busy.
