NEVER ever again! Please explain to me how an oil change is $78.36?! Ripping people off! A 2014 Chevy Cruze isn't a luxury vehicle and doesn't need special oils. I sent my husband who has an accent and I believe fully that you took advantage of him thinking he didn't know any better. I will tell everyone I know and continue to blast you on every platform I can!

I had an appointment with Mr. Tire and when they closed unexpectedly, Benito welcomed me to Tire Choice for immediate service. Upon arriving, he was courteous, professional and friendly. When a customer came into the waiting room and became irritable, Benito responded in a polite and respectful manner, diffusing the situation immediately. I will definitely recommend and come back to this location!

I went in today to get my headlight fixed and a new tire put on. Little did I know that was only the beginning. Every 20 minutes or so, they kept finding new parts that needed fixed or replaced. I was there from 10 to about 1930, I felt like I spent a day at work. But the technicians there were very nice and Brittany was the best! One guy gave me some of his chicken for lunch and the other, I bought a snickers for cause I felt so bad that he was spending the whole day trying to get my car fixed. Brittany was truly the best, she kept me updated on everything and was doing everything she could to help me out. One of the best store managers I’ve ever came across. I will definitely be back cause of her and the two nice, hard worker technicians I met today. It was a nightmare of a car to fix and all my savings but the people made it great. Brittany if you are reading this, thank you! And I hope you only have to worry about an easy fix next time!

I had a really good experience visiting this Monro location a few days ago. As a first-time customer buying a set of tires, I was pleased with how friendly and informative the staff was. Shoutout to Kendrick, who did an awesome job walking me through the process, and answering all of my questions! The replacement took less time than expected. Prices seemed good. I was very happy to see the full cost breakdown for work-to-be-done before they got started. I will certainly be returning to this location in the future.

Nic was very flexible, friendly, and professional when I brought my car in to get an oil change. He was so personable and he made sure to answer any questions I had regarding my service. Not only that he told me it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait, but he got my car in and out in such a short time. I can definitely count on them for my car needs in the future. I was completely satisfied with the quality and the speed of service. Keep up the good work!
