Got my windshield replaced, but they put me in the wrong pile after I dropped it off. saying it was done pile. I went after work to pick my vehicle up to find it in the same parking spot with the same broken windshield. I had to wait another day to get it replaced. Two weeks after the new install my molding started pulling away from the windshield thank goodness they have lifetime warranty. Just alot of waisted time due to poor customer service.

Took my brand new civc in for a windshield replacement. Everything seemed ok. Didn't drive my car or take it to the car wash for over a week. When I took it to the car wash it started leaking water into the occupant compartment, and the trim pieces were coming up allowing free flow water into the engine compartment. Took it back in they re set it. When I went to pick up the car there were copious amounts of the glue on both A pillers interior trim. Took it back into the shop the technician had a very poor attitude and was not very professional. Definitely someone I would not want representing my brand. Anyway he reluctantly fixed his screw up. Took the car home there was paint chips on the hood from the wipers where they did not tape it off. I didn't make a claim because I didn't want them to damage my car even more. I had to drive to my dealership and buy a paint pen to fix Safelites mistake. I recently brought it to the attention of Safelite customer service and they were going to "pass it along" and they apologized. Apologies don't pay for the paint I had to do the gas for the trips to fix what they didn't do correctly the first time. Yes I may sound very OCD about my car. It was less then 2 months old and less than 2,000mi on it. Was not impressed and the customer service didn't offer anything to rectify this issue. Very disappointed in Safelite I have heard great things about them. Take my brand new car there and there is nothing but problems. This should have been done correctly the FIRST TIME. Will direct friends and family away from Safelite.

First time experiencing a cracked windshield and my insurance encouraged Safelite. I had read the glass service was good but I should expect calibration issues with my safety system. I was pleasantly surprised that I had no issues at all and felt the communication was excellent with my appointment. I've had no issues with anything and was very happy to have a great experience.

Earlier this week (7/14/2022) this business replaced my windshield under warranty on a windshield that was first replaced in another state over 12 years ago. There was no hesitation on their part to honor the warranty and there were zero charges. Couldn't be happier with how I was treated or the work they did. Service: Auto windshield repair

When I used their services to repair a very small chip on my windshield, I had to schedule for another day since they were all scheduled for the day and no walk-in spots were available. Just for that, you know these guys are busy (usually a good sign, right?). They could not repair the windshield since I had it messed up with resin and the chip was inside the glass. However, they did not charge me anything for it, and, they cleaned my mess with the resin too! I had to offer to the employee who cleaned the windshield a tip four times before he accepted, which I really appreciate it for the honesty and work ethics, so rare these days. Just because of that, I will certainly use the opportunity to change the whole piece later this year and will contact this trustworthy team for it surely. Service: Auto windshield replacement

I was apprehensive about having my vehicles windshield glass replaced with aftermarket glass. Once I found out that the manufacturer also makes oem BMW glass, I felt better. The result of the windshield replacement exceeded my expectations. Tristan was the tech who installed my windshield. He did an excellent job, and my car was as clean after, as it was when I brought it in. The new windshield makes the car even quieter than before. I am very pleased with the work done and I highly recommend the Dearborn Lane Safelite location. Thanks!

Had a rear passenger window replaced, (due to someone smashing it, for what ever reason) took about an hour and a half. Window looks good, they're manual and it rolls up and down just as it should. Still hear a bit of glass in the door, which is disappointing, but I can hear it's only a few pieces. Friendly staff, clean shop. Can't speak to the costs of repair as all I had to pay was my deductable. Overall service was good, and I'm thankful for my comprehensive car insurance 😁

Unprofessional and dirty... I am overly disappointed with the service I received. Although there were no issues with the windshield replacement itself. The lack of coordination with ordering a liner for my windshield had me rescheduled 2 extra times before it was fixed. And worst of all after they fixed it they left my 2022 model car an absolute mess. They tracked mud and dirt all over the passenger and driver side of my car, and rubber bits all throughout the dashboard. I am extremely disappointed with my service especially after hearing everyone reccomend them so highly.

Had a 9am appointment but came in earlier. Jay greeted me and got my car right in for a windshield replacement. The place was clean including the bathrooms! Employees were professionally dressed. The job was top notch and had me out in just over an hour. Thoroughly impressed. Good job Safelight!

I'm not overly impressed with the Safelite work done on my 2018 Maxima. On Saturday 9/4, I had my windshield replaced by Safelite Worthington for a crack. At first inspection, I noticed air pockets in the gel used to house the front camera (pictures below). But aside from this, three days after the work was complete, a piece of windshield trim from the A pillar of the car came off while driving on the interstate. While my local Safelite dealer is willing to replace the now missing trim strip (and its counterpart on the passenger side), I still cannot drive my car while I wait for the pieces to be replaced (the wind noise at speed is terrible, and I have concerns about water intrusion via the clip holes in the car body). My local Nissan dealer has the parts in stock currently, but we're told that Safelite must purchase through their supplier, which could take up to a week for delivery. In the end, Safelite is replacing the parts, but the work done on the actual glass was sloppy, and not being able to fully use my car while we wait for a correction left me with a less than great impression.
