Kroger

I'm not one to share reviews but this store had me speechless! Another reviewer referred to staff as "pea brained" and it's definitely apparent given the treatment I received today. As a 45 year old, I was there to purchase a bottle of wine for a business associate. I scanned the bottle and it required ID, it was presented to the on-site staff and he immediately demanded that I give him "a state ID or passport". He kept repeating this over and over as if I'm somehow unable to hear him! The manager then came over and demanded the same thing! Im out of state and did not have an Ohio state ID and who walks around with their passport? They were both extremely rude, unprofessional and should not be working directly with customers. You can do better Kroger! These staff need more training. I left everything and walked out! If I could add negative stars, I would. ~Typical

Worthington Automotive

This place is top notch. Great customer service, modern quoting and service acceptance via text all done with yes/no checkbox sign off. Easiest experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop. Front and rear brakes, new tires balanced and aligned, coolant flushed, air filters changed and oil change all done in a day. Car running so smoooooth Our other car had the same customer experience Highly recommend Services: Brakes, Tires, Oil change ~Alex

Safelite AutoGlass

Took my brand new civc in for a windshield replacement. Everything seemed ok. Didn't drive my car or take it to the car wash for over a week. When I took it to the car wash it started leaking water into the occupant compartment, and the trim pieces were coming up allowing free flow water into the engine compartment. Took it back in they re set it. When I went to pick up the car there were copious amounts of the glue on both A pillers interior trim. Took it back into the shop the technician had a very poor attitude and was not very professional. Definitely someone I would not want representing my brand. Anyway he reluctantly fixed his screw up. Took the car home there was paint chips on the hood from the wipers where they did not tape it off. I didn't make a claim because I didn't want them to damage my car even more. I had to drive to my dealership and buy a paint pen to fix Safelites mistake. I recently brought it to the attention of Safelite customer service and they were going to "pass it along" and they apologized. Apologies don't pay for the paint I had to do the gas for the trips to fix what they didn't do correctly the first time. Yes I may sound very OCD about my car. It was less then 2 months old and less than 2,000mi on it. Was not impressed and the customer service didn't offer anything to rectify this issue. Very disappointed in Safelite I have heard great things about them. Take my brand new car there and there is nothing but problems. This should have been done correctly the FIRST TIME. Will direct friends and family away from Safelite. ~Alec
