The store itself isn't half bad, but where the problem is is starbucks. They cannot keep it staffed! It's either closed or they leave one person during a rush to fend for themselves! It's not fair to the workers or the customers

They used to have a great discount bakery rack that seems to have disappeared. They're ALWAYS out of whipped cream cheese of all brands. Hard to get help at the floral counter (often have 1 employee running that + produce). Starbucks is below average.

I've never smelled a public restroom that reeks of urine as bad as at this Kroger. Literally takes your breath the minute you open the door. If a Love's truck stop can have a bathroom free from urine odor, Kroger should be able to accomplish the same. They need to utilize professional cleaners which they obviously don't. The store manager should be embarrassed.

It's not rocket science that when you are closed (11:01 when they close at 11), that someone stands by the door to not let people in if you don't intend to wait on them.... I spend $250 in groceries a week but because they snubbed me tonight over a minute lateness, still let me in and then ushered me out like a vagabond.... They just lost $1000 a month from me forever... Guys... Get it together cause I'm not the only one who doesn't need to shop at a store that never restocks their shelves and won't wait on you a minute past the deadline....

Update: I have increased my review by 1 star because they gave me a $10 credit on my bill for waiting so long. I understand stuff happens, computer systems aren't perfect. Fail! I ordered online and waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes to pickup. Called and was told their system didn't show anyone waiting. There are several other cars waiting. It's now been over 30 minutes and I'm still waiting!!!

These other reviews are mostly ridiculous. I feel like a great deal of the reviewers must have never been to the many other Kroger locations in and around Columbus, and are basing expectations a bit high. The store is relatively clean in comparison to others, seems to be well staffed enough to keep things going, and although a few months back they did have some fairly poorly stocked shelves, I think that was more to do with the economy at large rather than this particular stores own doing. They've since fully recovered from that and the shelves are full. And frankly this store is a champion compared to some of the Kroger's in town. I've seen examples where the parking lot is overrun by carts, or aisles and checkout areas have disgusting floor and general cleaning going on. This store is a far cry from those, and is in a much better condition and cleanliness. Waiting in line longer than usual isn't a problem with the store - it's because you came in at six o clock when literally everyone else did. There are both self checkouts and usually a lane or two of cashier's if it's busy. How can you blame the store for.... Doing a lot of business at busy times? That's a ridiculous thing to hold against a business lmao. Ignore a good chunk of these extreme reviews, this store is just fine, and probably more often than not one of the better examples in this area. Some of these other reviews surely are from people a little out of touch with reality. I'm not affiliated or working with Kroger, but seeing these nutty reviews was cracking me up and I had to give a more rational review - these people would lose their freaking mind or starve at some other areas of town.

Half of the self checkout lanes closed, only one real checkout lane open, and the lines are down the aisles. Once I got to a self checkout, I was expecting to use cash, but that machine was card only. I get that everyone is short staffed but you need to prioritize as a manager to staff checkout. Employees should be cross trained to ensure the customers are taken care of.

Around 8pm on Monday, November 8. Shelves half-full at best. Could not locate most of what I stopped in for. You probably should shop somewhere else should you actually need anything. Left feedback with 2 different store employees, including the manager on duty. Didn't seem to care all that much. This location didn't even look like a Kroger.

Placed an order online for deli pick up. When I arrived I was told the deli is closed Monday and Friday due to staffing. The lady said I was should have received an email saying the order didn't go through but I never did. I'm very understanding of low staffing but I didn't appreciate the fact that my time wasn't taken into account, no offering to maybe call another Kroger to see if they could get the order done there or no other alternatives. Just "we're closed" and kind of went along with their business.
