Completely lied to. Paid for oil change/rotation/inspection and bought a new tire. Inspection was not done, tires not rotated. Not sure if they even changed the oil. Did not balance tire.

Without a doubt the worst tire company I've ever been to. I urge you to go literally any where else, even if the price is more. After a scheduled morning drop off, no one at the store called me to discuss the issue or to let me know the service was complete. Since I received no call, I showed up 2 hours before scheduled closing to find my car locked in an empty shop. I called other stores in the area to see why the store was closed, and no one was able to help me. One store manager gave the district manager my phone number, but I received no call. With no other option, I then came back at scheduled opening the next day to again find the store empty. I waited in the parking lot for over an hour until someone finally showed up to open. I need this company to realize how much of an inconvenience this whole situation caused me. Not only did I waste hours of two days calling around and trying to get answers. I also had to find people to drive me around town for the better part of two days because my car was locked in the shop without my consent. I was supposed to leave for a trip early morning, but had my plans ruined by this place's continuous negligence. I have still not received a call from the district manager despite them having my number for days. I can't fathom the amount of incompetence and disrespect from this individual and the store as a whole. Corporate needs to evaluate these positions and highly consider finding new talent. Not many professions have the luxury to screw over a customer to this magnitude and not have to deal with any consequences.

I have been going here for 6 years. When it used to be under Munroe and mufflers things were better. But now technicians are making a lot of mistakes. The management seems okay but the there are issues on the tech side. I have had things falling off my engine while driving because they were loose and not properly tightened. I had bolts and brackets broken and loose, plastic covers broken and not tightened after repair. You will be going back for more repairs and more issues with your car. But they will try to fix their mistakes for free so that is a positive thing. But if you want the job to be done well go to the dealership. They maybe expensive but they will do the job right. Plus they have parts available so they don't have to visit the junkyard to salvage cheap parts that will break down quickly and you will be back for more fixing and repairing.

I went to get my car fix bye them this year and I had code come on yesterday so I called my mechanic to come over and check it out he ask me like have anybody touch this car since you got it fix I say no only tire choice he say to me why so much stuff not tightened and loose I look this people didn’t try put my stuff back to gather and I them about 1100 to do something under my car a pipe I am calling cooperate they could really Destroy my car my engine i own my Jeep and they would do me like this that’s why it’s not good to go this high price shops they don’t care I drive every day anything could happen don’t deal with them

Got my oil changed and alignment done yesterday... Brake light is on, check engine light is on. No one asks a single question of me about either of these. Nor did they check the brakes at all (see pics). Marked the report that my headlights are good, but one headlight is out (see pics of both)... Best part: I'm the ONLY CAR in the bay.... Nothing else to do. I guess the tech was in a hurry to sit in the lobby and play on his phone.... Wish I would have taken a pic of that!!
