I demolished my tire on the way home from work and got my truck to Boyd's at the end of the day . They got my truck in the next day eventhough they were swamped. Even did an oil change. I take my cars here often and the guys always do the best they can with quality, pricing, and timely manner. Thank you Boyd's one again for your help.

Very honest shop that you can trust. Thought we needed an engine repair, but it was an oil issue, it was real easy fix. We have been customers for years and will continue to be. You could fit what I know about car repairs on the head of a pin, it is nice to have a repair shop you can totally trust!!!

I have been a customer of Boyd's for several years and have had excellent service from them every time. They are professional, courteous, and go beyond what is expected. They are honest and let you know what they find and the price of repair before performing any service. They do not price gouge nor push items not needed. I would recommend Boyd's Tire Hilliard to anyone needing service by a reputable and honest business. They are a true asset to the City of Hilliard. May 2022: Approximately two weeks ago my SUV started driving rough. My Granddaughter was using my SUV to get back and forth to work; so, I called Steve at Boyd's and asked if they could check the SUV. Steve, gracious as always, said to bring it in and they would get it by the next day. About 30 minutes later Steve called me back and said they had an opening and were going to check it within the hour. He called and told me my back brakes and pads needed replaced and gave me the estimate. I approved and they had my SUV back to me in less than 3 hours. They are the perfect example of honest, professional, and kind service people. They have never tried to sell me anything I did not need and their pricing is always fair. I would recommend this Boyd's to anyone needing excellent service. The city of Hilliard is extremely fortunate to have such an exemplary business. I highly recommend Boyd's.

They did ok with my tire and oil change but missed the mark on the alignment. I’ve been dealing with the alignment issues for about two months and it’s more than annoying and sloppy hopefully I’ll find a place to finally get it resolved. An alignment is only as good as the person doing it. Won’t do this again .

Took my car up there on June 2nd for some repairs . The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, Took time to listen to exactly what I was telling them that issue was.One of the most important things was the price of the repairs, it was a lot less than what I was thinking it was going to be. Would definitely take my car back there, if other repairs are needed.

Made an appointment a week ago, Oil change was fine, but I also asked for my front end to be looked at and thoroughly described the several issues I've been having. All they did is rotate my tires, and now my car shakes even worse than before? They said I could come back for a free alignment check, as if they couldn't have done that during the 5 hours my car was there. Clearly they didn't care enough to put any sort of time into the issue so I'd recomend going elsewhere if you want your problems to be taken seriously.
