There is 1 cashier there that is rude. She has no customer service skills. She has blue hair so watch out your experience will not be good with her. She has been rude to my husband several times as well. Prices are very high on everything!!

Amazing nice tie employees very friendly. There's a few timesbduring the day te employees made me feel uncomfortable to the point I don't want to return if they're working.its stocked and for the most part clean to the best of their availability.

I have been a customer of the cook road store since they opened. Visiting at least twice a week. Last week I stopped for cigarettes as I have numerous times, but was told by the cashier that she must scan my driver’s license before I could purchase. Now, I am well into my sixties and most certainly look over 21. I have bought wine and beer in this store without ever showing my license, but now your policies demand I must allow my ID to be scanned into your system. Well, that will never happen. I strongly disagree with any merchant policy that infringes upon my privacy. If your cashiers cannot use common sense when selling cigarettes or alcohol then you need to hire people with an education higher than elementary school. Signed, a former customer

This store has rude mfkrs working here, I understand life is a struggle. If you don't like your job get a new one and this is directed towards the hefty brown hair 40ish female with an attitude from hell. I've been in there a couple of times and she is always angry........WHY..... Get a life. Just because I asked what was going on with the gas pump

This run-down Shaniqwah looking chick needs to work on her attitude. Had the nerve to stand in the back by the restrooms, gossiping with one of her friends, while the poor lady up front had a line of 9 people. Then this sour-faced tumor tried to rush me through my checkout process, finally I asked for a couple items behind the counter and she snatched them off the shelf like Kurt Angle. Only to turn around and look at me and say, "Dat's it? Or do yu need sum moe stuff?!" Like, I'm sorry you're bunions are inflamed but you need to chill out.

Incompetence. The place has so much potential,it’s clean with spacious refueling areas. But there’s always a line of like 10 people. I went here to get gas and paid at the pump asking for my receipt? Nope. They didn’t have the responsibility and pride in their work to make sure the gas pumps had paper loaded for the receipts. So guess what I decided to go back into the gas station to get my receipt, and there were no less than 10 people waiting in line. Yeah… I’ve got work to do I’m not gonna wait 10 minutes for a flipping receipt. Skip it.

Stopped to use the restroom and grab a quick bite to go, saw the toilet paper holder was empty and a roll on the floor soaked with urine. Promptly left and drove 10 minutes out of my way to a McDonald's. Wouldn't eat food from a place that can't even clean a restroom to an acceptable level

The gasoline did not come out of the pump ⛽. It's happened to me once before. Though they often have bags on the gas ⛽ handles. You think you bought gas but you only paid to watch the pump steal your money. The manager was rude, dismissive and condescending. Being a regular patron since it's opening means nothing. I will not go back to this Circle K.
