I have been a customer of the cook road store since they opened. Visiting at least twice a week. Last week I stopped for cigarettes as I have numerous times, but was told by the cashier that she must scan my driver’s license before I could purchase. Now, I am well into my sixties and most certainly look over 21. I have bought wine and beer in this store without ever showing my license, but now your policies demand I must allow my ID to be scanned into your system. Well, that will never happen. I strongly disagree with any merchant policy that infringes upon my privacy. If your cashiers cannot use common sense when selling cigarettes or alcohol then you need to hire people with an education higher than elementary school. Signed, a former customer ~Rebecca

This dollar general is disgusting! Just went into tonight to get my daughter some juice..they only had two left that she drinks. I got one out and there was white stuff at the top at first I thought it was just bubbles so I thought that’s weird and grabbed the other one and had the same thing..it’s was freaken mold!!! ~Jessica

This pharmacy is ridiculous, the staff are very rude, will yell at you! I turned in a prescription on Friday afternoon, , she said it was altered possibly fake! I said I just came from the Dr...she said regardless we will have to call. I said he is closed and wants me to start this immediately. She said NO we will have to call him, so I said so you're telling me I will have to wait til Monday or later??? She said whenever we call him! I said give it back to me, she wouldn't so I snatched it outta her hand and left. Went to Rite Aid they filled it immediately without issue!! I am now moving ALL my medicines to Rite Aid!! ~Katherine

This store has some pretty good prices for certain items. One thing I will not be buying again from here is any kind of meat. I am appalled at the quality of meat left out for customers to not only see but purchase. Overall Mansfield in general is a mess when it comes to customer service. ~Crystal
