This pharmacy is ridiculous, the staff are very rude, will yell at you! I turned in a prescription on Friday afternoon, , she said it was altered possibly fake! I said I just came from the Dr...she said regardless we will have to call. I said he is closed and wants me to start this immediately. She said NO we will have to call him, so I said so you're telling me I will have to wait til Monday or later??? She said whenever we call him! I said give it back to me, she wouldn't so I snatched it outta her hand and left. Went to Rite Aid they filled it immediately without issue!! I am now moving ALL my medicines to Rite Aid!!

Just don't go here. Especially if you have kids that need meds. They never pay attention to pediatrician rx coming in. It's always "oh oops don't know how that got missed" like excuse me....MISSED! It's been 4 days and nothing still

After 25 years of being a Kroger customer, my family has left this store and pharmacy. Trying to get a much needed prescription. I was told it would be ready at a certain time. 24hrs later my medication was ready. After repeated calls and being told, "Ready in an hour" "We are working on it now" Really? Pharmacy closes at 9pm. Not 1 call Not 1 text message. No one answered the phone after 6pm. When I finally able to pick it up, "Emily" says, "It was ready yesterday". Excuses flowed and so did her lies. "None of these people worked yesterday" she said. I know it was a bold face lie. So calling Corporate, after 2hrs of trying to get through, they sent me right back to the incompitant Emily. I will never use this place again. Prices went crazy high, staff is rude and apparently ok with Lying to their customers. I think a 2.9 rating is way to high for this store. Shame on this company.

I've had nothing but problems from the pharmaceutical staff here. They're very rude and impatient. This last trip they refused to fill my prescription, even though it was sent to them two days ago.

My Dr. Prescribed me an RX that they are refusing to fill. Now my Dr wont even be into his office for 2 or 3 days and I will be without my medication. I'm definitely switching pharmacies!

I recently visited this pharmacy with a HUGE issue withy daughters insurance and wrong scripts. Cassie in the pharmacy was EPIC in helping get the issue resolved and went beyond what she should have done. They are compassionate, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile to help father's in need. It's nice to see such helpful people in today's world of chaos and uncaring. Kudos Kroger and Cassie.

Just had a horrible experience with this pharmacy. I'm extremely short of breath and the one thing that I needed more than any of my other prescriptions is Albuterol SVN. Pharmacist Jo Ellen refused to fill even a partial script for medication to get me through night until clarified with physician. At this point my physician is out of the office. I clearly have a prescription and I need the albuterol now. I was told that another medication that I received should help me with my breathing. I know it will not help me with my breathing in an acute situation because I am a respiratory therapist and I know the mechanism of action of all these medications because this is what I do for a living. I feel that this is a patient safety issue when you are sent away from a pharmacy when you're clearly having difficulty breathing and you came to pick up medication to help you with your breathing and are refused. Very unimpressed and will not recommend. Will be finding another pharmacy ASAP.

Kroger Pharmacy is the best! We have been dealing with them for many years. Cassie, Lara, Holly Pharmacist Michelle and the whole staff know us by name, are attentive and courteous and always make sure we pay the least expensive price! Great Job Kroger Lexington Ave!

When I order a drug which my insurance has said that I can take, I do not expect that you will order me the generic instead of the real deal!!! And you don't tell me that when I pay for it, I think I am getting the drug I am supposed to get, not the "fake" generic. I am very sensitive to drugs and to their interactions, so even though you know that, you ignore my request for my drug of choice. In this case it is Lexapro which is an excellent anti-depressant. When you give me the generic, I don't know whether or not it will work for me, and I am not going to take the chance that it will. When my physician writes it for Lexapro with my knowledge, I expect to pick up Lexapro for the refill. I have had it with you people playing games with my health. I am seeking another pharmacy as of today!!!
