Raving review for JP!! We drove up with a barely attached and battered misshaped battery terminal because my husband tried to replace battery for hours and could not get it to work. I mean it was all kinds of bad, corroded, screws wouldn’t turn. This is when I met my angel JP. He looked at it, walked to the terminal sectional and chose one for me. And when I say walked he speed walked, being a woman who doesn’t like to waste time and my husband was already late to work because of my car problems, I could immediately tell I liked this man and he took major care of business by how quickly he walked and I appreciated that a lot!! So he got to work changing my battery and the thing was stubborn let me tell you, husband tried for 3 plus hours, but JP worked hard and fast and kindly answered my questions! He didn’t give up, he tried several different tools because the bolt was not fixed and also not budging. He tackled the problem and he won! This store is super valuable and has won my business because of JP. He even checked my other fluids and noticed I had zero power steering left. I can’t thank him enough and I’m really impressed at how he handled this so quickly and professionally! When the time comes please give man a fat raise, he is well worth it!

J.P is awesome. He took the time to find the right battery for my car and change. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He knew I had no clue what I was doing. If you come to this Auto Zone make sure you ask for him because he will take care of you!! Thank you JP!! Auto Zone, you should promote this man and give him a raise. People like him are hard to find.

JP went above and beyond to help my son and I. We needed a part and he didn’t stop till he found it . The store was insanely busy and he never missed a beat helping us all . Fantastic customer service and knowledgeable and friendly . Thank you u JP and Autozone we are back on the road .

I called this place before I came in and asked if they had an Optima Blue top battery available. The employee on the phone said they had the battery in the store. When I went into the store, they said they didn’t have it, but they could order it from another store. I paid for the battery and they said they ordered it. They called me the next day and said the battery was in. I called to confirm if it was ok to pick up the battery the next day; the employee said “no problem.” I went in the next day and they made me wait for 15 minutes, just to tell me they literally “gave” the battery to someone else, on the premise that this other person supposedly new the story of the battery. Apparently, they didn’t bother to check the receipt or ask the person for ID. Sounds like either completely coordinated internal theft or someone inside tipping a friend off. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a retail store

My car urgently needed a new battery since it wouldn't start unless I used a jumper cable. I went to Autozone and they were able to help me replace the battery. Kayla was awesome in getting the right tools needed to remove the old battery and put the new one in. It took about 30 mins to replace due to the way the battery compartment is in my vehicle. Kudos to Kayla for helping me out!

I know a thing about looking up parts in a book. Whoever helped me took one look at me and decided i was a clueless female and offered the computer lookup and even then acted like i didn't know how to use a computer.

Store staff helped me find the windshield wipers I needed. And, a female employee was here on her day off. Saw me struggling to fit new wipers on my SUV, and stopped to help. Thanks, sistah for the hand and showing me how to do it!

Well not to happy to find out if a Duralast hand tool is too old they will NOT replace/warranty it and wouldn't upgrade to the new model (that replaced said tool). Should remove the "Guaranteed For Life" stamping on their tools with "Guaranteed as long as we still make it"

Hector greeted me and asked how he could help me when I went in. I told him I needed a new battery and when I didn't know what year my car was he went out to check on it for me. He offered different options and when I asked if there's someone who could change it he said he could. Before he could change it he actually took care of checking out the customers who were in line. He was very pleasant and even educated me on a few things. Hector was also very thorough. Turned out he was the store manager. Exceptional customer service for sure!!! I highly recommend this store for any needs! Thank you Hector for all you did for me today I am very grateful! 🙏

This company has 0 customer service and its stealing. I returned a metal wheel chocks in perfect condition to get later the more expensive ones. The employee told me that in 7-10 day I will get my money back in my debit card . I complained several times to costumer service online. Then I went and talked with empl. Tracy . No result. I am still looking for my refund. So I will never buy anything from them and if you buy something from them use a credit card to be able to dispute the charge . Update : Yesterday 30 of July Tracy did finely refunded me the amount spent for the wheel chocks. They still didn’t figured out what exactly happened. My guessing what could have been happened is probably the employee took the cash refund and told me that I will receive the amount in my bank account. I have no other explanation for myself. So, Thank you Tracy .
